Set on two floors this luxury private Mykonos villa has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The
main entrance of the property has a sliding remote control gate.
In the back yard parking is available and there is a stone built BBQ. Also, a big built in sofa is situated
next to the BBQ. This back yard has a spectacular view to the Mykonos harbour.

On the upper floor there is a living/sitting room a kitchen and a bathroom. On the higher level there’s a
colourful room with views over the Aegean sea. A lovely big terrace is situated in front with a 180 degrees view
over Delos/Rhenia/Tinos/Siros islands. It includes a big dining table with seating for 10 and a built in relaxing
sofa. On the ground floor there are 3 more rooms nicely decorated with their own toilets. The sitting room
overlooks the swimming pool and provides stunning views of the Aegean sea. This is the Mykonos experience.
The exceptionally large terrace with sun loungers makes this an ideal family holiday. It offers plenty of outdoor
space with elaborate seating areas around the large swimming pool, stunning sea views and sunset views. A

Location
This luxurious private holiday villa located in Pouli, Kanalia, in the western part of Mykonos
5 minutes drive from Mykonos town.
The airport is a 10 minute drive. There is a shopping area located 500 meters from the property in Ornos
where there are also many restaurants and famous beach bars, here you can find everything from groceries,
greengrocer’s, butcher, bakery, pharmacy(24 hours), laundry, fishing and confectionery.
A walk of about a hundred meters takes you down to our secluded beach, accessible only by tenants of the
few villas situated on our small complex.
Location
There are numerous excellent beaches on the island worth visiting, from Psarou, Ornos, Paraga, Kalafati to
Super Paradise, each one unique in atmosphere and facilities. Also, there are daily excursions across by boat
from the main port of Mykonos to the mythical island of Delos.
The first choice when visiting Mykonos is the Psarou beach (2,5 km from the property) which is ideal if you prefer
to calm down and enjoy the accommodation of a top resort beach. On this beach one of the hottest table
in Mykonos is Nammos restaurant which is a dining lounge of five-star elegance and draw for the celebrities.
