Die RIAL® Leichtmetallfelgen GmbH wurde vor über 30 Jahren gegründet, mit dem eigenen
Formel 1 Team international bekannt und zum Global Player in der Räderbranche. RIAL® zählt
damit zu den Pionieren in der Felgenbranche. Das Know-how des Unternehmens wurde
durch unternehmenseigene, modernste Produktionsanlagen und die Entwicklungs- und
Designabteilung kontinuierlich ausgebaut.
INNOVATION
Um stets aktuelle Felgentrends zu setzen, wird die Entwicklungs- und Designabteilung
ständig erweitert. Alle Felgenkonstruktionen werden mittels simulierter Belastungsberechnung
(FEM-Prüfung) auf maximale Haltbarkeit und optimales Gewicht entwickelt. Das spart Prüfund Erprobungszeit und stellt sicher, dass keine RIAL® Felge mehr Gewicht auf das Fahrzeug
bringt als zwingend erforderlich. Alle relevanten Test- und Prüfeinrichtungen sind im Hause
der Unternehmensgruppe vorhanden. Dies erhöht den Qualitätsstandard und optimiert die
Prozessabläufe.
LOGISTIK / EDV / SERVICE
Das leistungsfähige IT-System sichert einen raschen Daten- und Informationsfluss auf allen
Ebenen. Der Web-Shop mit Verfügbarkeitsabfrage und Echtzeitdaten in Verbindung mit der
hochmodernen Telefonanlage verkürzt die Bestellzeiten und garantiert Ihnen besten
Kundenservice. Um Ihnen den bestmöglichen Lieferservice gewährleisten zu können, wurden
die Lagerkapazitäten nochmals stark ausgeweitet und mit einem Funk-Scannersystem
vernetzt. Ständig optimiert RIAL® die Logistiklösungen und sichert somit eine weltweit
kurzfristige Verfügbarkeit der Qualitätsprodukte.
PRODUKTION
Die Fertigung der RIAL® Leichtmetallfelgen erfolgt in Europa auf einer Produktionsfläche von
über 38.000 m². Hochmoderne Schmelzöfen, effiziente Gießmaschinen, die „High-Tec“ CNCBearbeitungszentren und die Röntgenprüfung jedes Rades garantieren das hohe Qualitätsniveau. Die abschließende Lackierung in „sterling-silber TM“ und „polar-silber TM“ erfolgt liegend
auf einer der weltweit modernsten Beschichtungsanlagen. Mit Hilfe der Acryl-Klarlack Pulverbeschichtung gewährleistet RIAL® Qualität nach Automobilindustriestandard.
QUALITÄT
RIAL® produziert alle Leichtmetallfelgen nach den höchsten Standards der Automobilindustrie
unter Berücksichtigung des Qualitätsmanagements ISO 9001:2000. Dadurch werden sämtliche
Anforderungen des TÜV, Kraftfahrtbundesamtes (KBA) sowie aller anderen europäischen und
internationalen Prüfinstitute deutlich übertroffen. Täglich verlassen sich unsere Kunden auf der

RIAL® Leichtmetallfelgen GmbH was established more than 30 years ago. As the company owned a Formula 1 Team
it has gained international reputation and is now a Global Player in the wheels industry. RIAL® is one of the pioneers
in the rim sector. The know-how of the company has been enhanced continuously through company-owned
state-of-the-art production lines and its research and development department.
INNOVATION
We are always able to set current trends because our development and design department is continually growing.
Aiming at maximum durability and optimum weight we use a simulated load calculation (FEM test) for the development
of all rim constructions. This reduces testing time and ensures that RIAL® rims do not add more weight to a vehicle than
mandatory. All relevant testing facilities are in-house. This enhances the quality standard and optimizes process flows.
LOGISTICS / IT / SERVICE
A powerful IT system guarantees fast data and information flows on all levels. Our online shop with availability request
and real-time data in connection with a top-notch telephone system reduces order times and provides best customer
service. To offer you the best possible delivery service our warehouse capacities have again been strongly extended
and networked with a radio scanner system. RIAL® continuously optimizes its logistics solutions and ensures a
short-term availability of quality products worldwide.
PRODUCTION
RIAL® light alloy wheels are produced in Europe. The production site area amounts to over 38,000 m². The high
quality standard is ensured by state-of-the-art furnaces, efficient casting machines, „High-Tec“ CNC machining centers
and the x-ray examination of each wheel. For the final lacquering in „sterling-silver TM“ and „polar-silver TM“ the rims
are placed horizontally on one of the world’s most modern coating machines. By using acrylic clear powder coat
RIAL® ensures quality according to the quality standards in the automotive industry.
QUALITY
RIAL® produces all of its light alloy wheels according to the highest standards in the automotive industry taking
into account the quality management ISO 9001:2000. This means, that all requirements issued by recognized
testing authorities, such as the German Technical Supervisory Association (TÜV), the German Federal Motor Vehicle
Registration Agency (KBA), and all other European and international testing and certification organizations have been
clearly excelled. Every day our customers worldwide rely on the outstanding quality of RIAL® products.

wurde immer wieder durch den engen Kontakt
zum Motorsport ergänzt. Höhepunkt war bisher
zweifelsfrei die mehrjährige Teilnahme von RIAL®
an der Formel 1 Rennserie mit eigenen Fahrzeugen und Felgen. Dies sorgte, neben der technischen Kompetenz, international für einen sehr
