Gauge: 22 sts = 4” in garter st on size 8 needles
or size to obtain gauge.
Needles: Size US 8 knitting needles.

DIRECTIONS:
With the size 8 needles, loosely cast on 38 sts.
Begin working in pattern as follows:
Pattern stitch: S1k, (k1, p1) five times, *(p1, k1) five
times, p1* repeat from * two times, (p1, k1) two times,
p1.
Repeat this row to desired length.
Hint: Place markers between repeats.
Bind off loosely in pattern. Weave in all ends.
