Harbor Village Hotel offers the perfect location for you to say “I Do”. As one of the only locations in
northern Michigan with a private beach venue, Bay Harbor Village Hotel offers beautiful ceremony
and reception locations nestled along the 5-mile shoreline making your wedding dreams a reality.
From the backdrop of dazzling turquoise waters to a uniquely rustic location at our Equestrian Center,
we provide outstanding wedding coordination services, exceptional lodging accommodations and
an escape for you and your guests to enjoy the festivities of your never ending wedding.

General Information
Wedding Venues
Function Space
Bay Harbor Village Hotel charges a rental fee for each function space used and is subject
to the current 6% Michigan sales tax. Rental fees range from $200 to $6,000 per function
space dependent on the season and day of the week. Rental fee inclusions vary based on the
venue selected. If additional items are to be rented, these items must be arranged through
the Bay Harbor Village Hotel. In the event of inclement weather, outdoor events do not have
a guaranteed back up location. A back up space can be reserved upon request, based on
availability.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 must be received within 15 days from the time the
booking is scheduled. All guest rooms, function space, standard and special concessions
are considered tentative until signed acceptance of the business agreement and deposit
are received. Lack of signed contract and deposit will result in all space being returned to
inventory without further notice from Bay Harbor Village Hotel.
Food and Beverage
Bay Harbor Village Hotel does not offer in-house food and beverage services; however, you
are able to choose from one of our Village at Bay Harbor caterers. Each preferred caterer
applies a service charge and the current 6% Michigan sales tax to all food and beverage
functions. Caterers are responsible for all food and beverage items, as well as service staff
and bartenders. Bay Harbor Village Hotel does not supply these services. Outside caterers,
with the exception of cake designers, are not permitted at the Bay Harbor Village Hotel.
Limited Liability
Bay Harbor Village Hotel is not responsible for any equipment or materials left unattended in
any area of the resort. Damages to the premises will be charged accordingly.

setting to bring your wedding dreams to life. With bonfires, a volleyball net and the waves
as your play list, Sunset Beach is also the perfect spot to host your rehearsal dinner or
welcome party before the big day. Whether you envision a relaxed barbecue cookout or a
fancy plated meal, Sunset Beach offers a location accommodating up to 300 guests that
exemplifies the casual, up north, elegance Bay Harbor is known for.

Marina Lawn Panel
E
njoy the array of colors found in our northern Michigan sunset as you host your grand
celebration on Bay Harbor Village Hotel’s outdoor tented reception venue, the Marina Lawn
Panel. You and your guests will experience an unforgettable evening of cocktails, dining
and dancing alongside our very own Bay Harbor Lake Marina while overlooking all the
magnificent surrounding homes and yachts in and around the lake. As our largest reception
venue, the Marina Lawn Panel can hold up to 300 guests for your celebration.
I
ndulge in the elegance of The Loft while the colors of our northern Michigan sunset fill
the room for you and your guests to enjoy as you wine, dine and dance the night away. Our
newest celebratory function space offers panoramic views of Lake Michigan, Bay Harbor
Lake Marina and the Village at Bay Harbor’s Main Street for up to 100 guests. This entirely
private venue is a spectacular location ideal for receptions, rehearsal dinners or postwedding brunches.

Equestrian Center Lounge
et your guests look upon the sunset while they relax on the lounge furniture or mingle
with friends and family as they enjoy cocktail hour in the lobby of Bay Harbor Village Hotel’s
Conference Center. Featuring beautiful bay windows throughout the space that offer brilliant
views of Village at Bay Harbor’s Main Street and Bay Harbor Lake Marina it is the perfect
spot for your indoor reception, rehearsal dinner or post-wedding brunch. Located in the
heart of the Village, our Conference Center allows you to choose from the Lake Michigan
Room accommodating up to 150 guests or our Harbor Room for a more intimate occasion
up to 60 guests. Hotel owned tables, chairs, dance floor and linens are included.

stop there. Imagine rolling hills and charming greenery surrounding you and your guests
as you celebrate in our very own Bay Harbor Equestrian Center. These beautiful grounds
offer views of rustic riding arenas and overlook the sparkling waters of Little Traverse Bay.
The second level lounge is a remarkable venue for an intimate rehearsal dinner or strolling
cocktail reception up to 75 guests, furnished with plush seating, copper-topped bar and
balcony access with a unforgettable view.

T
he blanket of soft and glistening white snow paints the ultimate winter wonderland
setting for you and your guests to enjoy. Wintertime in northern Michigan is full of fun,
adventure and romance. Explore the beauty of the snow covered trees while you snowshoe
throughout the miles of trails just steps away from the Bay Harbor Village Hotel & Conference
Center. With three ski resorts within minutes from Bay Harbor you can enjoy a day on
the slopes or snow tubing with your family or wedding party. Take the evening watching
fireworks during the Bay Harbor Ice & Spice Festival or just enjoy the tasty eateries around
the four quaint towns in northern Michigan. From November 1 - Memorial Day Weekend,
Glistening Silver season pricing ranges from $200-$1,000 based on your chosen venue
location and day of the week.

I

northern Michigan ambiance move in for your viewing pleasure, Bay Harbor Village Hotel
is just moments away from many harvest festivals and springtime celebrations including
our very own Kentucky Derby Party held at the Bay Harbor Equestrian Center. Enjoy the
endless activities found in Bay Harbor from water sports to golf, day trips to the spa or local
vineyards for an autumn wine tasting. Take a stroll through the renowned “tunnel of trees”
just a few miles away for a truly extraordinary scenery. Glowing Amber season begins with
spring in full bloom on Memorial Weekend-June 1 and returns when the leaves begin to
change on Labor Day through October 31. Pricing ranges from $350-$4,500 based on your
preferred venue and day of the week.
