COMPETITION RULES:
Weigh-in time 12pm-3pm Sunday 24th July 2011 - Pigs to be
presented before the 3pm deadline - no ring in’s - NO EXCEPTIONS
- TWO (2) Boars PER OPEN division entry - ONE (1) Boar per YOUNG
GUNS division entry - Pigs must be weighed in by entrant who
caught the pig – BOARS ONLY (NO BARROWS) 30kg or over will
only be accepted at weigh-in – Balls in or out, throats, guts and
all offal to be removed - Carcases must be presented whole - No
decomposing pigs - Pigs must be in edible condition - No frozen
pigs or pigs that have been frozen – Only wild pigs living and
caught in the wild accepted. Hunting for all animals to commence
no sooner than 6am Friday 22nd July 2011 and finish before 3pm
Sunday 24th, 2011 – All hunters must have permission to hunt
on the property the animals come from. Boars to be left on display
until conclusion of prize giving - Tusks will be measured undrawn.
In the event of any tie, the first weighed in is winner - Juniors can
only claim 1 heaviest critter prize - Spot prizes must be claimed
within 5 minutes of drawing or will be re-drawn - NO BYO alcohol
on the premises – The organising committees decision is FINAL!
Toyota Hilux draw conditions; Entrant does not have to be present
to win but must hold a current NZ drivers license as at 24th July
2011to claim - NZ residents only –Truck will be delivered to winner
within seven (7) working days of weigh-in - or if present and can
satisfy ownership details with Toyota reps truck can be taken
direct from comp – Photos of winner with truck are required for future promotions – A second name will be drawn but not disclosed
incase its found the first winner isn’t legally able to claim the
prize. Blenheim Toyota reserve first buying option if vehicle is to be
sold. Signage is to remain on vehicle for 1 month after prizegiving
Breach of any of the competitions rules will be an instant
disqualification from the competition. DISCLAIMER: No liability
