Shipment
Domestic: F.O.B. Origin
International: EXWORKS (INCOTERMS)
Terms
Payment is due by check, ACH, or wire transfer net thirty (30) days with approved credit. Interest
will be charged on overdue accounts at a rate of 1-1/2% per month. For those wishing to pay with a
credit card, please use the Credit Card Price List.
WARRANTIES
Hardware Warranty The warranty on OmniWall, Hydra, Linx, and Opto Switchers is three (3) years. All other hardware
products have a one (1) year warranty from date of shipment to the customer, which can be
extended to three (3) years for a fee. Failed units will be repaired at RGB Spectrum's corporate
repair center without charge for parts and labor.
Software Warranty
The warranty on MCMS software is 90 days from the date of shipment to the customer. The
warranty on Galileo software, and DSx Multi Channel Manager software is one (1) year from the date
of shipment to the customer.
RGB Spectrum warrants that the software will comply with its specifications as listed in the user's
manual. For software that is non-compliant, RGB Spectrum will remedy any bugs or refund the
purchase price. Defective media will be replaced within the warranty period.
Rental Repair
Program
For a fee, rental units are available for select models while units are being factory serviced. Please
contact your sales representative for details.
MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT SERVICES
For a fee, support and maintenance of software products is provided by RGB Spectrum under annual
contract. Please contact your sales representative for details.

MCMS Ordering Guide
Use the following steps to order an MCMS system:
1. Add one MCMS item for each MCMS system.
2. Add one MCMS S-License for each source used in the MCMS system (KVM controlled or not).
3. Add one MCMS CS-License for each control station computer used in the MCMS system (supplied by RGB or not).
4. Add Control Stations as needed. (RGB Spectrum provided control station PCs are optional. MCMS client software can be
installed on customer PC. See Technical Reference Guide for requirements.)
5. Add EDA-100s as needed for source KVM control (RDA included at no charge with system license).
6. Select Linx or Opto Matrix Switcher or OmniWall.

SUPPORT SERVICES
On Site Support Description
On-Site Support (OSS) is associated to any of the 6 (six) Model Numbers within the RGB Spectrum Price
Sheets (OSS-LOC; OSS-D1D; OSS-D2D; OSS D1I/D; OSS-D1I/I; OSS-D2I) and based on Standard Hours.
OSS is a service for RGB Spectrum customers to provide them with on-site technical assistance with
configuring RGB Spectrum components and systems. An RGB Spectrum Applications Engineer or Technical
Support Technician will accompany the system integrator on the customer’s job site or office to set-up and
configure any/all RGB Spectrum components. The RGB Spectrum Applications Engineer or Technical Support Technician will act as an assistant to the
integrator’s Lead Technician. OSS is not a substitute or replacement to the in-house repair process nor is it
to be considered as an On-Site Repair Service. OSS is offered to supplement the integrator’s technical team
by providing a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to configure the RGB Spectrum components.
