Names______________________________________________________________________________ Event workers will be given a wristband for free access to the event; however, they must be listed here in order to receive the wristband. Please email any changes or additions to LuWana at least 2 days prior to the event. Fees: There is no fee to participate in the Lucky Eagle Outdoor Sportsman Show; however the Chehalis Tribe does require a business license for all vendors. Proof of License must be provided to the coordinator at least 2 days prior to the event. The business license may be purchased online on the Chehalis Tribes webpage. Business licenses must be for 3 days, the cost is $25.00. The following link should take you directly to the online purchase portal. http://www.chehalistribe.org/products/business-­‐license/ Important Event Information: Vendor Set Up: The Event Center will open for vendor set up from 4:00pm – 10:00pm on Friday August 29, and th *
8:00am – 10:30am on Saturday August 29 . All vendor booths must be set up and ready to go by 10:30am. Vendors may not begin tear down of any display or booths until 4:00pm sharp on Sunday August 30th. Vendors may drive around the East side of the Event Center to load in & load out. Space in this area is very limited; please no more than 2 vendors loading in at one time. Vehicles must be moved to the back parking lot as soon as load in is complete. Booth Space: Please specify vendor space requirements. Lucky Eagle will provide 1 – 2 8ft tables, tablecloth & 2 chairs per vendor. Electricity is available, but vendors must provide their own extension cords. No Firearms are permitted. *The Lucky Eagle Event Center is NOT a secured room. Casino Security will be present in the facility at all times however the Lucky Eagle cannot be responsible for vendor items or merchandise left unsecured. It should be safe for vendors to leave large items out overnight; smaller items should be packed up and placed under the tables or kept in locked showcases. Vendor Hotel Room Block: A vendor Hotel room block will be available at the Lucky Eagle Casino Hotel at a special rate of $89.00 + 10% tax. To receive the special rate beginning May 1, 2015 vendors must call 360-­‐273-­‐2000 and mention the Outdoor Sportsman Show to receive the rate. Space is limited, and on a first come first serve basis. RV Accommodations: The Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel has a 34 space RV park located on Anderson Rd near the Casino.
