Request for Meeting Re: M6tis Submission Comprehensive Claim Submitted February 11' 2009
It has been 4 years since our Nation placed before the goverments of Canada our intial document with respect
comprehensive claim for our lndigenous Rights as a sovereign Nation of M6tis people as defined in the
Constitution of Canada L982.
It appears that it is your and your Constitutional Corporation's intention by your intension and or omission to
violate all your documents of Marque, letters of Patent, inclusive of the British North American Act, Constitution of
Canada LggZ, international taws and the UN Declaration of lndigenous Rights,which you were personally signature
to, in continuation and support of the genocide and Apartheid against unsurendered lndigenous/Aboriginal
People.
At this time I would like to give you the opportunity "again", to arrange a meeting with yourself the "Prime
Minister of Canada" and your designates of the Provinces and Territories of all of Canada with our Tribal Leaders
immediately - with respect to our formally submitted initialdocuments to our comprehensive claim to the
Governments of Canada February Lt,2OO9.
This is a respectfut request, Nation to Nation as required under lnternational law.
Failure to arrange a series of substantial meetings will be a continuation of unjust war and failure of your fiduciary
responsibility "Duty to Consult Duty to Accommodate" aboriginal people as per your Supreme Court rulings.
It has been many years that we have consistently requested to have meetings with you; this failure to respond is a
constitutional issue of great significant, "Misprision of Treason."
"These words, "Misprision of Treason", "Pretence" ond "Fraud" are the praclamatian's words, not mine. I
do not say these wards to shock; they are the words of existing law - ond to bring the law into courts of law without
using these wards is impossible, for these words are the body and soul of the law.
The injustice resulting from the constitutionally prohibited premoture assumption of iurisdiction by the newcomers
caurts imposes "seriaus mental horm" upon o "nstianql, ethnical, raciol or religious group," qnd therefore
constitutes "complicity in genocide" within the meaning articles 2(b) and 3(e) of the Convention for the Preventian

On 30 November !973,the United Nations General Assembly opened for signature and ratification the
lnternational Convention on the Suppression and Punishment of the Crime of Apartheid. lt defined the crime of
apartheid as
"..inhuman acts committed for the purpose of establishing and maintaining domination by one racial group of
persons over qny other racial group of persons and systematically oppressing them."
Some of our close family members have already won international court actions on behalf of our people with
