Hill DT Decompression Brochure
Possibility.
Engineering is not a coincidence. Machines do not have a spirit. It
is vision and knowledge that transform the mechanical movements
of the Hill DT into a flood of possibilities.
At Hill, we start with a philosophy of possibility. Our intention
is to pass that along with our products. The Hill DT is no
exception; a vision of the experience we want to create, producing an
abundance of potential to our customers and their patients.
From the hand-crafted construction to the contemporary technology
that grace the table, the design of the Hill DT is something
to witness.
First Impressions.
From the outside, the design of the Hill DT reveals the beauty
of simplicity with the signature Hill framework. A natural blend of
function and form. The result is the ultimate first impression.
The stunning 10.6 inch HD touch-screen features a slim profile.
This virtual command center can be moved and secured to either
side of the head-end of the table.

height and decompression force.

caster system for mobility
and power elevation.
Carefully hand-sewn, the look and feel of the foam-backed
puncture-resistant upholstery is both comfortable and sustainable.
The base and internal structure of the table is electrostatically
powder coated, assuring a hard finish that will never wear or rust.
At the Core.
The foundation of success is built on knowledge, application
and obtaining the right tools . . . tools that are tuned, tested
and flexible to adapt to an array of circumstances.
The authentic BITTM System (Bio-Intuitive Technology) in the
Hill DT was developed to continually measure and respond in
milliseconds to each individual patient. As each of the seven
sensors cycles back to the core processor, the table automatically corrects itself if needed, delivering consistent and
smooth decompression force.
The top frame of the table is engineered to interact effortlessly
with this sensitivity. Self-maintained linear roller bearings help
distribute force with the perfect combination of awareness,
confidence and accuracy.

custom programmed processor
that continually monitors the table
to ensure the correct delivery.
Decompression Evolved.
The will to improve on a daily basis is the key to producing amazing results. Can progressive thinking ever
create perfection? Maybe not, but at Hill, we are determined to pursue it.
Positioning a patient for a lumbar decompression
treatment on the Hill DT is simple and can happen
in less than 30 seconds. First, the table has power
elevation with a range of 26 inches to 35.75 inches to
customize your personal working height. Our signature
Pelvic Flexi-StrapsTM result in total encapsulation of the
iliac crest, with the ability to widen for all body types.
The adjustable matching flexion stool is included to
flatten the lumbar area during treatment. The pillow is
used beneath the head and the thoracic harness gently
secures the torso presenting a comfort level unmatched
by any other decompression experience.
The dynamic pelvic
cushion can tilt from
0° to 25° to target
specific lumbar discs
with a decompression
force between 5lbs
and 100lbs.
The combinations of the pelvic tilt system and the eight treatment protocols on the Hill DT are also unequaled. Calculable
and repeatable, professionals now have a unique opportunity
to direct the decompression force to the exact disc they want
to target. This system allows the patient to become virtually
one with the table so that decompression forces can be
applied at a lower poundage.
The Pelvic Flexi-Straps provide the necessary security
for efficient and effective lumbar decompression.
Cervical Precision.
We were very mindful to focus on efficiency and safety
when designing the Hill DT’s cervical decompression
functions. You might not realize it, but there are two
distinct advantages built into our cervical decompression.
The first is our unique cervical device that comfortably
cradles the head with complete encapsulation of the
occiput. Fully adjustable, cushioned and contoured, patients
experience a customized support system that grants them
total peace of mind.
The second is the ability to tilt the cervical cushion 1° to
15° to target the lower discs. The tilt also functions to
take pressure off the posterior disc region, especially in
patients with a lot of posterior bone spurring that is
encroaching the intervertbral foreamen (IVF).

Complete patient comfort, safety and
efficiency are never compromised
during a cervical treatment. Cervical
decompression force ranges from
5lbs - 35lbs.
One glance at the Microsoft Surface ProTM Tablet powered by Windows
8 will have you tingling with possibilities. The 16:9 widescreen, ClearType
full HD display with 1080p resolution is touch-sensitive and can be navigated
quickly using the tap of your finger or the supplied digital pen. The 64
GB Anti-Shock Hard Drive and 4 GB High Speed Memory provide more
than ample power to run the custom designed Hill DT Software. When
in the right hands, it performs with amazing results.
The Software.
The Hill DT comes installed with its own custom software. With the ability to control and change the
settings including table height, treatment program, pelvic or cervical angle, pull force and treatment
time, the Hill DT application is versatile enough to accommodate any treatment protocol.
Single or Dual Treatment
Real-time Streaming Data
Different symptoms require different treatments. That’s why
the Hill DT software comes with two treatment types, a
single treatment or a dual treatment. With the the dual
treatment option, you can pre-program two consecutive
treatments, touch the Start button and let the Hill DT do
the rest of the work.
Knowing what your equipment is doing during an
automated treatment is essential. The Hill DT Software
brings that awareness and displays real-time streaming
data of the treatment time, cycle time and decompression
force. At every point, you know what is happening,
when it’s happening.
Patient database and treatment history built in...
The Hill DT software comes with a database application that stores a
history of treatments. The database can be sorted by Doctor or Patient ID and
transferred easily using the supplied USB Drive to your other office
computers, opening with any spreadsheet software.
Treatment Programs
The Hill DT comes with eight treatment programs that are designed with
efficiency and variety. Each program has its own characteristics, engineered
for doctors to treat any decompression candidate.

Remote Updating and Troubleshooting
The Hill DT software can be remotely diagnosed and updated directly by
our technical department through your Wi-Fi network. If there are updates or
improvements made to the application, installation is fast and easy.
Our History.
Hill Laboratories Company is a family owned business
since 1945. Starting in the late 1930’s, Benjamin Hill and
his son Ben started a business in search of therapeutic
treatment methods for elderly, arthritic patients. They
experimented with several ideas with varying levels of
success until they eventually developed the Hill
Anatomotor Traction Table. The Hills found that their
new invention brought real relief for certain arthritic
symptoms but what really surprised them was the interest
that therapists and doctors began to take in their
table for treating several other common and
chronic conditions. Within a few years, the Hill
Anatomotor established a trusted name in the realm
of therapeutic healthcare and non-surgical treatment.
In 1967, at the young age of 19, Howard A. Hill
became president of the family business when his
father died suddenly. This marked the beginning of the
company’s third generation. Howard immediately went
to work, spending the next several years exploring
new avenues and cultivating new markets for the now
respected Hill Anatomotor. Then in 1987, in response
to customer suggestions, Mr. Hill designed and introduced the first ‘Hill Adjustable’ treatment table
—a simple and affordable power-variable-height treatment table.
Doctors loved it...and began to request special modifications
and an ever expanding array of new configurations and options.
By the mid 1990’s the Hill Adjustable concept had exploded into
a complete line of medical and chiropractic treatment models.
Brady Aller, a nephew of Howard Hill, created Hill Therapeutics
division in 2000. Benjamin H. Hill, Howard’s son, joined
the company in 2009. The longevity and continued success
of Hill Laboratories is a testimony to the value of great
products and personal customer service...values that
serve as a hallmark for many generations to come.
Over 45,000 square feet, Hill Laboratories
main office and production facility is
located in Frazer, PA. All medical tables are
custom-built to order, with the assistance
and quality of CNC machining, CNC wood
cutting and robotic welding. The tables and
upholstery are assembled by hand, tested
and distributed worldwide.
