Membership Categories
PROFESSIONAL
In order to join WCREW, you must meet the following
prerequisites:
• An applicant for membership must have been actively
engaged for at least three (3) years in commercial real estate,
or in an industry or field that supports the commercial real
estate industry.
• At least 80% of the members shall be actively engaged in
one or more of the following disciplines within the field of
commercial real estate:

Advancing the success of women in commercial real estate in Wisconsin since 1998
ASSOCIATE
A limited number of Associate Memberships are available to
allow otherwise non-qualifying applicants to obtain a WCREW
membership, provided they meet the following criteria/
standards:
• An applicant must have a minimum of 6 months
experience in the commercial real estate industry.
• The Associate Member must serve and actively
participate on a committee of their choice for at least
two years. This participation will be verified by the
committee chair.
• The Associate Member must attend a minimum of 50%
of WCREW organized events during a 12-month period.
• The Associate Member will undergo an annual
review of these criteria/standards each year to
obtain membership renewal and advancement to full
membership with voting rights.
• Associate Membership will be limited to not more than
10% of total membership each year.

Statement of Purpose
Wisconsin Commercial Real Estate Women, Inc. (WCREW) was established in 1998 as a
not-for-profit corporation to recognize professional women in the field of commercial real estate.
WCREW provides a forum for networking and sharing of professional resources.
Membership Application Eligibility Guidelines
1. An applicant for membership must have been actively engaged for at least three (3) years
in commercial real estate, or in an industry or field that supports the commercial real
estate industry.
2. Other Membership Categories Available: Associate, Civic, Retired, and Student (See
www.wcrew.org for information on each category.)

Memberships in WCREW are individual (vs. corporate) and are approved based on the individuals’

Dues are not tax deductible, but may be deductible as a business expense.
