For that reason, Cheval Quancard has decided to select and blend the very best ORGANIC wines available in a given vintage, in order to guarantee a constant level of quality. Vinification Traditional Ageing potential Ready to drink now, this wine will keep for 2 to 3 years. Tasting A beautiful pale green colour embellished by scents of box wood, white peach and grapefruit. A generous and aromatic finish. Food pairing Perfect as an aperitif, with fish "en papillote" or steamed fish, oysters or fish terrines.
