Batamindo Shipping and Warehousing Pte Ltd is a regional logistics provider set up
in 1990 to serve the shipping needs of the manufacturers and investors of the Riau
Islands Industrial Parks.
Currently, it provides one-stop logistics services between Batam and Singapore,
including feeder shipping, freight forwarding, warehousing services, and factory
setup and relocation. It provides ship chartering and handling for project cargo. It
has also developed its logistics and supply chain management services to help
manufacturers to manage their inventory and plan their production schedules on a
Just in Time basis.

Biomax Technologies was founded in 2009 by the three passionate founders – Mr
Sim Eng Tong (the Chief Executive Officer), Ms Fion Chua (the Deputy CEO) and Dr
Puah Chum Mok (the Chief Technology Officer). We are a biotechnology company
specializing in the research and development of enzyme-based sustainable solutions
for agribusinesses.
After several years of commitment in our R&D efforts, we have successfully
developed and commercialized our flagship innovation called the Rapid Thermophilic
Digestion System. This technology converts organic wastes into top-quality
pathogen-free organic fertilizer within 24 hours. It is a patented technology which
consists of a specially designed digestor and our BM1 enzymes. This technology
shortens the waste processing time to only 24 hours, produces a commercially
valuable output and does not create any polluting by-products. With this technology,
we aim to provide waste-to-wealth sustainable solutions to our clients.
Biomax’s market is global – targeting industrial players such as livestock farmers,
plantation owners, slaughterhouses, food processing companies, municipalities,
fertilizer production companies and waste management companies. Within 4 years,
Biomax has established its global footprint in terms of customers’ base in 15
countries across 4 continents. As part of the growth strategy, we have set up a
subsidiary in Australia with plans to set up more subsidiaries in the U.S and Brazil by
end of year 2013.

interior fit-out of panel furniture (kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, distribution boxes etc.)
