The grievance redressal mechanism for Faculty & staff is through Faculty
Council.
Disciplinary Committee: The Committee consists of the Head Admin as
Chairman of the Committee, and a nominated Faculty.
Two students’ representatives both from 1 st year and 2 nd year batch
consisting of one lady student and one male student may be invited to
remain present in the proceedings and to offer their constructive views
and suggestions. When complaint against any student of a given batch is
being enquired into by the Committee, student representatives of that
batch alone may be invited to participate in the committee deliberations.
Any complaint against a student emanating from whatever source, must
be in writing and on preliminary enquiry, if the Chairman is satisfied that
the complaint will have to be looked into in detail, he may refer the matter
to the Committee. The Committee will give reasonable opportunity to the
affected student to give his explanation for the misconduct or any other
action against which complaint is made.
Any decision of the disciplinary committee to down grade the student or
expel from the Institute is subject to the confirmation of the Institute’s
Director

Management Development Program Experience:
 I have offered training modules on Strategic Marketing Management,
Product Management, Sales Engineering & Business Excellence (EFQM
Model) in various Management Development Programs. These MDPs

My total MDP experience is around five years covering about two-dozen
programs.
These programs have been conducted for various Kirloskar group companies,
other large/medium private sector companies, Jindal Steel Work Ltd, Karnataka
Police Officials, Hubli and Bharat Tobacco Trading Company. Mangalore,
Karnataka
During 2011-12 I conducted five Programs for the Kirloskar group of companies
segregated in the form of workshops for a period ranging two days to five days.
The theme of these programs was “Increasing Marketing Effectiveness”. Using
the “Product/Market Matrix” and “Process Reengineering Model”.
Two Programs were also done for the assessment of recognizing fast trackers
employees of
Kirloskar Oil Engine Ltd, Kirloskar Brother Ltd, and Kirloskar Pneumatics Ltd.
One Program were done for the assessment of recognizing fast trackers
employees of “Harihar Polyfiber Ltd. (A unit of Birla Industries)”
I am also a part of the Strategic Marketing Core Committee of Kirloskar group of
companies
for implementing RKQP Business Excellence Model. Conducted ‘Employee
Satisfaction Survey’ for executives of Jindal Steel Works
During 2009-11 I conducted eight programs for the “Vijaylaxmi Industries”,
Gokul Road, Hubli and “Suvidha Kitchen Equipments Pvt.Ltd.”Hubli. The theme
of the Program was “Market Development & Brand Building” & “Enhancing
Customer Service Standards”.
Five Programs were conducted for “Shodha Toyota”, Hubli.One program was
conducted for “Karnataka Police Officials”, Hubli. Two programs were
conducted for “Bharath Tobacco
Trading Company”. The theme of the program was “Customer Orientation”,
“Leadership”& “Efficient Channel Management”.

ATMA The short-listed candidates will be drawn up based on
CAT/XAT/CMAT/MAT and ATMA percentile, past academic records etc. They
will be called for the Admission process at one of the centers – the KIAMS campuses
at Harihar and Pune as well as the number of other cities across India such as New

 Holds cultural programmes which members of the institute as well as local
invitees attend.
 Celebrates major festivals from all over India to bring the students closer
