and $800 for each additional member from the same
firm. Fee includes: course materials on a flash drive,
bag lunch at Board of Trade, the Wednesday evening
cocktail reception, lunch on Friday, and the closing
dinner. A $750 refund will be issued for cancellations
received by October 17, 2016.
