OUR AUDIENCE


This is TC3’s third year at the St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts – Jane Mallet Theatre (500 seats) in downtown Toronto and each
year we have increased our ticket sales. Our audiences are loyal attendees, who return year after year. With the addition of
these three extraordinary youth choirs, this concert is sure
to sell out and be the talk of the community.
“For any audience member lucky enough to hear them
perform: owing to their stellar reputation, you may walk
in expecting much but you will always walk out feeling
like you got more.” Jim Codrington – Patron.
Our audiences are well-traveled, Caribbean and African
culture-loving Canadians, who all share a passion for
Gospel and Inspirational music. This popular concert
draws patrons from across the greater Toronto area and attracts attendees from as far away as Halifax and Vancouver.
This will be the biggest youth Gospel concert that Toronto has ever seen.
The TC3 staff not only raise a child, but are instrumental in their quest of supporting and guiding their
members through a lifetime.” Samantha Stephen, Mother of Kaden Stephen - TC3 member who currently stars as
Young Lola in Mirvish Production’s hit show Kinky Boots.

“They are much more than a Youth Choir.
TC3 reflects all than is great about
Toronto. They deliver a message of hope,
inclusiveness and joy…all performed in
perfect harmony.
They are fantastic musical ambassadors
for our great city.
It has been over 10 years since we first
discovered TC3 and since then, we have
invited them to perform in many or our
large scale productions!"
Rick Naylor - President of Accucom Corporate
Communications.
THE CHOIRS
The award-winning The Toronto Children’s Concert Choir & Performing Arts
Company (TC3) is the most prestigious and successful youth Gospel choir in Canada.
They have performed for thousands of people from city events to concert halls and
have toured such cities as London, Vancouver, New York City and the Bahamas to
name a few. However, their proudest achievement is that an impressive 90% of the
young people who stay with TC3 complete high school and continue on to higher
education. TC3 is the premier program of HopeWorks Connection, a registered nonprofit, founded by Rev. Denise Gillard, with the mandate that through Gospel and
Inspirational song as well as Afro-Caribbean dance and drumming, we can promote
and develop African-Canadian and urban youth from across the Greater Toronto Area
Detroit Youth Choir (DYC) has toured throughout Michigan, Chicago, Atlanta,
Tennessee and Toronto, Canada as well as performed in over 30+ original stage
productions. Through choir, their young people have learned various styles of music
such as; Classical, Jazz, Negro Spiritual, Gospel and Rhythm & Blues. DYC students
are examples of how the arts are so important in making a difference in the lives of
our young people.
Memphis Youth Performing Arts Company (MYPAC) The Memphis Youth
Performing Arts Company, also known as The Boys and Girls Choir of Memphis, was
started in 2005. Our children stand as ambassadors for Memphis nationally and
internationally through our cultural connections to other cities and countries, such as
Atlanta, Canada, New York, London, Jamaica and St. Louis. In other words, we share
Memphis with the world!
The Jamaican Concert Choir (JCC) -Finalization pending.

“It was a pure delight from process to performance in dealing with TC3 and their wonderful Artistic Director,
Denise Gillard. We were privileged to have them perform for our client, The Canadian Commonwealth Games
during a special corporate event. They really are a one-of-a-kind choir, and left a lasting impression with our
VIPs. I look always for any opportunity to have them front and centre.
They are my favourite.” Carol Priest – President and Director of Talent Resources.
