The Indiana Apartment Association proudly
hosts the annual Midwest Multifamily held
at the Indiana Convention Center. This
multifamily conference and trade show is
the largest of its kind in the Midwest with
more than 1,500 attendees.

for over seven hours of an eleven hour, two
day conference.
• Hourly prize drawings are held on the trade
show floor.
• Mini demonstrations for the entire
apartment industry will be conducted on
the trade show floor.
• To further enhance trade show traffic,
daily cash prize winners are drawn from
entries completed by attendees by visiting
each exhibitor. Also, a separate trade show
game with a large cash prize is played by
