leadership, and integrity.
While promoting the love of the sport, we work towards building self-confidence
and positive attitudes. We take great pride and make it our goal to be the best All-star
program in the area. At Cheer Alliance, every athlete and every family is a valuable
asset to our program and we value them. We would like to extend a special invitation
to all athletes in our area to try our facility. We offer a wide range of tumbling classes,
private lessons, stunt clinics, recreational cheer and have an outstanding all-star

“All-Star Cheerleading is a great way for young athletes to
learn new skills while building teamwork, goal-setting,
sportsmanship, social skills, lifelong lessons and friendship.”
S TA FF:
Our coaching staff is required to be a certified instructor through the
United States All-Star Cheerleading Federation. We believe in hiring those who
are passionate about our sport, and eat, sleep and breathe everything cheerleading!
Our staff must love kids and believe anything is possible if you put your heart into it.
FA CILITY:
All of our locations are USASF members and believe in safety first. Each facility
is fully equipped with full size competition spring sized floors, tumble traks,
air track and all the necessary training mats needed to train your athlete to their
fullest potential.

Practices are incredibly important to the success of
our teams. Our practices are mandatory. Most teams
typically practice twice a week. As competition
season nears, we may call extra practices beyond a
team's normal schedule. We do excuse a limited
number of absences (during the summer for vacations
and during the school year for school activities that
result in a grade). Your child will be excused from
practice with an advanced absent form filled out and
given to your athlete's coach. All illnesses must be
reported via email or text to our coaches and your
child will be allowed to return with a doctor's note.
Practices the week prior to a competition CAN NOT
be missed.
S P O R TS M A N S H IP
Teaching the value and principles of good
sportsmanship to our athletes is incredibly important
to our program. We expect ALL members of the CA
family to exhibit positive sportsmanship at all times.
We also expect our staff, athletes, and their families
to keep their public social media family-friendly at
all times. Failure to do so may result in removal from
the program.
P H ILO S O P H Y
We try to make practices and competitions fun, rewarding, and productive. We attempt to create a
positive learning environment at CA and use “hugs
and high-5s” as our primary motivators. If you
have not seen one of our team practices, you might
be surprised at how positive and enjoyable they
can be. We expect our athletes to improve their technique and progress their skills through efficient
practices, but they should have fun as well.
We believe in our motto "Together Strong". Our
athletes will learn what it takes to be a good teammate and how important the word "team" really is.
Together we will succeed, but divided we will fail. It
is not just a slogan we wear on our back, but
something we truly believe in.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Cheer Alliance is a member of the All-star cheerleading governing body called the USASF.
They lay the foundation to our sport and determine the skills expected to be performed by
each team at each level and division. As the sport becomes more competitive and the safety
and rules continue to change, so will our placement expectations. We don’t believe that
winning should always be our priority, but it is important to put the most competitive and
safest teams out on the floor when so much time, dedication, commitment and money are
invested. Please understand as to why we will be strict on our team placements this year, and
the skill demonstrated at evaluations will be what determines your athlete’s team. If your child
were to excel in his/her tumbling, stunting, jumps, etc. during the season, we will at that time
discuss movement within the program. The following will be our guideline for evaluations:
Level 1:
Level 2:
Level 3:
Level 4:
Little to no knowledge of cheer terms, motions or choreography
Basic knowledge of cheer terms, motions and choreography
Good knowledge of cheer terms, motions and choreography
Excellent knowledge of cheer terms, motions and choreography, mature
mentality and must have at least one skill in each area of tumbling and jumps.
Level 5: Superior knowledge of cheer terms, motions and choreography, mature
mentality and must have at least one skill in each area of tumbling and jumps.
