AmeriClean
Blue
AmeriClean Blue is a water based ink dissolver that has a unique blend
of surfactants and pH builders to dissolve ink on contact. Designed to
conveniently pump through the entire press system to prevent ink clogging
the pumps and anilox cells. As it is pumped through the press it will penetrate
deep down into the anilox cell up to 1000 line screen, re-wet ink and suspend
it so it will not re-deposit during the cleaning process. It should be used in
medium to high line screen where cell volumes and quality print is a must.

AmeriClean Red is a water based ink dissolver that has a unique blend

not attacking soft metals. It spontaneously emulsifies various oils, greases,
fats, coolants, lubricants and hydraulic fluids to prevent re-deposition on
clean surfaces. Its unique blend of surfactants and pH builders enhance the
cleaning process to reduce labor on even the toughest soils, while keeping it
totally safe on soft metals.
BV-55
BV-55 is a versatile product designed to tackle the most difficult soils while
not attacking soft metals. It temporarily emulsifies difficult soils, like oils,
lubricants and road film to prevent them from re-depositing on cleaned
surfaces. It has been formulated to function in mechanical cleaning devices
without causing mineral build-up in hot or cold water applications, enhancing
cleaning and rinsing properties.

a colorless, practically non-toxic and slightly hydroscopic liquid. It is
particularly effective in the removal of greasy, oily soils, and black tire
marks.

Super Charge is formulated with Ethylene Glycol Monobutyl Ether a solvent
used to boost the cleaning ability of hard surface cleaners and enhance
the cleaning power of concentrates. Super Charge is a colorless liquid with
a mild odor. It is particularly effective in the removal of greasy, oily soils or
black tire marks.
XL-55

roughest concrete surfaces. This alkaline product will dissolve oils, greases,

manufacturing, warehouses, distribution centers, and can be used with hot
or cold water rinses. Concrete Cleaner has a water activated dye system
that changes color once wetted. Agitation with a brush, broom or scrubber
will provide the best results.

Float Solve floating degreaser is a unique product designed for the
maintenance of lift stations and grease traps. The chemical properties of
Float Solve allow it to float and suspend on top of the water. As levels rise
and fall in waste stations Float Solve stays on top cleaning and degreasing

HD - is a heavy duty liquid alkaline foam cleaner that is designed to
penetrate, lift and dissolve heavily encrusted soils on hard surfaces and for
the removal of fats, greases, protein based soils and food residues from
all vertical and horizontal surfaces. Its high foaming properties allow it to
cling to all surfaces and provide excellent emulsification. It may be used
on equipment, walls, tables and floors. It is a blend of alkaline builders,
solvents, detergents and surfactants that is not to be used on galvanized
metals or aluminum.

Magnum 5

NPS is a unique product that cleans and degreases soiled surfaces without
petroleum distillates or citrus solvents. NPS is based on soybean derivative
- soybean methyl esters, which will not irritate the skin like other solvents.
NPS provides excellent surface safety, and its biodegradable formulas is safe
for employee to handle and the environment.
PC-45 MPC
PC-45 Mechanical Parts Cleaner is a powder that combines a unique, metal
safe cleaner designed to tackle tough, heavy-duty cleaning demands with
excellent soil release and low-foam properties. PC-45 should be used in
mechanical cleaning devices such as high turbulence parts washers. Low
foaming formulation provides free-rinsing and assures maximum washer
efficiency.
PE-12
PE-12 is a highly concentrated, heavy duty foaming alkaline cleaner
containing a proven combination of synthetic detergents, water softeners,
alkaline builders, corrosion inhibitors, and water soluble solvents. It can
be used in all types of industrial and food processing plants. It is effective
in cleaning the most difficult soils from many types of floor surfaces,
walls, ceilings and stainless steel typically found in these facilities. Not
recommended on soft metals.
RMR
RMR is a non-petroleum solvent emulsion cleaner specifically designed for
the most difficult soils found in manufacturing facilities. RMR is generally
used as a pre-treat via a pump up sprayer to remove rubber, tire marks,
carbon soils, adhesives and oily residues. RMR replaces caustics and solvent
cleaners including chlorinated solvents, chlorofluorohydrocarbons, aliphatic
and aromatic solvents in dip, coarse spray, wipe or heated tank applications.
It can be used to clean floors, walls, asphalt equipment, petroleum storage
tanks and stationary equipment.

D-Bug
D-Bug is a multi-purpose, moderate foaming liquid detergent formulated for
vehicle and truck wash facilities. D-Bug penetrates and loosens road film,
and bug residue. D-Bug rinses completely and freely, leaving a film free,
shining surface. D-Bug contains no caustics and acids.
Luster
Luster is liquid rinse agent concentrate that prevents oxidation of paint and
protects treated metal against corrosion. Luster imparts a shiny appearance
while helping to prevent redeposit ion of soils on vehicle surface. Luster can
also be used as a rinse agent to help prevent vehicles from water spotting
during drying.
Performax
Performax is a heavy duty fleet wash powder that will remove road film,
mud, exhaust deposits, and grime usually without brushing. Performax
contains no solvents, caustics, or acids. Performax contains surfactants,
alkaline builders, emulsifiers and water softeners for a perfect wash every
time. It is highly concentrated and allows for extreme dilution which makes
it a cost effective solution to almost every vehicle wash application.
Triumph
Triumph is a liquid detergent formulated to handle the toughest cleaning
jobs. Triumph performs exceptionally well in removing bug residue, winter
salt deposits, exhaust deposits, and road film from trucks, trains, and
buses. Rinses completely leaving a shining, film free surface. Triumph
performs well in hard and soft water and is non-caustic and formulated for
fleet and touch free technologies.
