FINE FINISH APPLICATIONS
Graco’s HVLP TurboForce™ turbines can be used on a daily basis.
They were especially developed for the on-site contractor who sprays
doors, trims, staircases, small renovation jobs, fences, etc. Ideal for
detailed and controlled fine finish applications. For flawless spraying of
dyes, inks, stains, epoxies, lacquers, varnishes, stains and multicolour.
The FinishPro II™ is the ideal unit for larger fine finish jobs. The
FinishPro II™ has been tested and approved to spray a wide range
of lacquers, acrylic, primers, enamels, varnishes, clears and acrylic
interior paints, out of the bucket. The ideal unit for renovation of
cabinets, lighting features, shutters, fences, trims, stairs, staircases, or
for painting doors, walls, decks and ceilings.

2. THE SECRET BEHIND THE NUMBERS
(All tip specifications are measured 30 cm away from the surface)
The first digit describes the angle, i.e. 5 = 50° (*).

(*) Multiply first digit by 5 to get the actual fan width when spraying 30 cm away from

Goods & Services Tax (GST), and are a recommendation only
of a sale price to an end user customer. Relevant Distributor

its name to be free from defects in material and workmanship on

of sale, repair or replace any part of the equipment determined

4. Note that Extended Warranties (eg. Lifetime Warranties
on 295, 390 & 395 3-Year Warranties, 2-Year Bumper-ToBumper Warranty & 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee programs
as advertised in some literature) do NOT apply in Australia/
New Zealand. Please contact Graco Inc. and/or your Graco
Distributor representative for clarification of any specific extended
warranty programs.
5. Warranty. Lifetime Motor Warranty (limited models) - If the motor
fails under normal use, we’ll replace it under warranty for the
original owner for the life of the unit. Applies to units purchased
on or after March 1, 2006. Lifetime Drive Warranty - If the Drive
Train fails from normal use, we’ll replace it under warranty for
the original owner for the life of the sprayer. Applies to units
purchased on or after March 1, 2006.
Convenient Service - Graco offers authorized distributor locations
in Australia / New Zealand for repair and service.
6. Graco Inc. takes no responsibility for errors or omissions from this
document.
Note: While we strive to have all pictures & illustrations correct and
accurate in some cases the supplied item may vary from the

ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Entire Agreement - Except as set forth below, the sale of products
in this shipment shall be governed solely and exclusively by
the terms and conditions set forth or referenced on the face
and reverse side hereof. Any objection to these terms and
conditions must be communicated by sending a letter or other
specific written communication to the attention of the Operations
Manager of Graco Australia Pty Ltd at the address set forth on the
face hereof. Accepting or paying for any part of this shipment,
or failing to object within 14 days of receipt of any part of this
shipment shall constitute conclusive evidence of acceptance.
Except as set forth below, the terms set forth on the face and
reverse side hereof hereby cancel and supersede any prior or
contemporaneous negotiations, and any additional or different
terms set forth on any purchase order, acknowledgment from, or
other written or oral communication conveyed to Graco Australia
Pty Ltd by the Buyer are hereby expressly rejected.
Notwithstanding the above, in the event that the buyer is operating
under a normal Graco Distributor, EDI, or systems agreement,
Graco quotation or CED Policy, any conflicting or supplemental
terns and conditions set forth in such formal agreement, quotation
or policy shall prevail.
2. Objection to Purchaser’s Terms - Any term or condition of
purchaser’s order or other document which is different from,
in addition to, or inconsistent with any term or condition of this
document is hereby objected to by Graco and cannot be binding
or effective against Graco unless accepted in writing form the
Operations Manager of Graco Australia Pty Ltd.
3. Warranty and Disclaimer - Graco warrants all equipment
manufactured by it and bearing its name to be free from defects
in material or workmanship on the date of sale by an authorised
Graco distributor to the original purchaser for use. As purchaser’s
sole remedy for breach of this warranty, Graco will, for a period of
twelve months from the date of sale, repair or replace any part of
the equipment proven defective. This warranty applies only when
the equipment is installed, operated and maintained in accordance
with Graco’s written recommendations. This warranty does not
cover, and Graco shall not be liable for, any malfunction, damage
or wear caused by faulty installation, misapplication, abrasion,
corrosion, inadequate or improper maintenance, negligence,
accident, tampering, or substitution of non-Graco component
parts. Nor shall Graco be liable for malfunction, damage or wear
caused by the incompatibility with Graco equipment or structures,
equipment or materials not supplied by Graco, or the improper
design, manufacture, installation, operation or maintenance of
structures, accessories, equipment or materials not supplied by
Graco.
This warranty is conditioned upon the prepaid return of the
equipment claimed to be defective for examination by Graco
to verify the claimed defect. If the claimed defect is verified,
Graco will repair or replace free of charge any defective parts.
The equipment will be returned to the original purchaser
transportation prepaid. If inspection of the equipment does not
disclose any defect in material or workmanship, repairs will be
made at a reasonable charge, which charges may include the
costs of parts, labour and transportation.
The terms of the warranty constitute purchaser’s sole and
exclusive remedy and are in lieu of any other warranties (express
or implied}, including warranty of merchantability or warranty
of fitness for a particular purpose, and of any non-contractual
liabilities, including product liabilities based on negligence or
strict liability. every form of liability for direct, special or consequential damages
or loss is expressly excluded and denied. in no case shall graco’s
liability exceed the amount of the purchase price. any action for
breach of warranty must be brought within two (2) years of the
date of sale. graco makes no warranty, and disclaims all implied
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose,
with respect to accessories, equipment, materials or components
sold but not manufactured by Graco. These items sold, but not
manufactured by Graco (such as electric motors, switches, hoses,
etc.), are subject to the warranty, if any, of their manufacturer.
Graco will provide purchaser with reasonable assistance in making
any claim for breach of these warranties.
4. Delivery - Graco shall not be liable for any delay in the production
or delivery of any of the products referred to herein if such delay
is due to fire, flood, accident, delay in transportation, inability to
obtain material, war, embargo, demand or requirement of the
Government, labour dispute, and/or any other cause whatsoever
beyond the reasonable control of Graco.
5. Terms of Payment and Prices - Subject to approval and
continuation of approval of credit by Graco Australia Pty Ltd, the
terms of payment shall be those determined and set forth in the
Graco Australia Pty Ltd Distributor Agreement. In the event Graco
Australia Pty Ltd does not approve credit to the purchaser, or if at
any time after approval of credit and before delivery, Graco Australia
Pty Ltd in its sole judgement, decides that the extension of further
credit is unjustified, terms of payment shall be those specified by
Graco Australia Pty Ltd, including but not limited to C.O.D. or cash
in advance. All payments shall be in legal currency as stated on the
invoice. All prices are subject to exception or change without notice.
Pricing errors may be corrected at any time.
Graco Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to select those qualified
distributors to whom it will sell its products for resale.
Distributor minimum billing is set forth in the Graco Australia Pty Ltd
“Freight and Delivery Terms”
6. Patent Infringement - Graco agrees to defend purchaser or its
customers in any suit brought against them so far as it is based on
a claim that any product or part thereof sold by Graco Australia
Pty Ltd under this document infringes a patent, but only on the
condition that Graco is notified promptly in writing of such claim, is
given full authority to conduct such defence including the
compromise or settlement of any claim, and provided further that
purchaser has not prejudiced such defence by any admissions,
statements or conduct. Purchaser further agrees to give Graco at
Graco’s expense whatever information, cooperation, assistance and
authority Graco may reasonably require for such defence. Graco will
not assume the defence of purchaser or its customers
if the infringement Is alleged to consist either of the use of the
product or part in combination with other devices, and/or of the
modification or alteration of the product or part, unless Graco
shall have specifically recommended such use or modification in
its Instruction manuals. Purchaser agrees to hold Graco harmless
against any claim, which arises out of Graco’s compliance with
Purchaser’s specifications. In no event will Graco be liable for
any special, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits,
or loss of revenue resulting from any infringement or alleged
infringement The foregoing states the entire liability of Graco for
patent infringement.
7. Order Cancellation Fee - Orders cancelled prior to shipment
there Is no fee: If a special order/custom or a modified product
is cancelled before shipment from point of origin then 25%
cancellation fee is applicable, if cancelled after shipment from point
of origin then 50% cancellation fee applies. Irrespective of reason
for cancellation normal Inventory and RGA rules apply
FREIGHT AND DELIVERY TERMS
1. Prices, Discount Codes, Family Group Codes and Minimum Invoice
Value are subject to change without notice. Graco Australia Ply Ltd
reserves this right and will endeavour to give Distributors as much
notice as possible, prior to any changes.
2. Orders below $200.00 AUD will Incur a minimum order fee of
$16.50 AUD inclusive of GST. The applicable transportation
will also be invoiced to the Distributor. The mode of transport
shall be nominated by Graco Australia Pty Ltd.
3. The use of Non-Graco appointed carriers or airfreight requested by
Distributors will be invoiced to the Distributors account irrespective
of the order value.
4. Back orders are not subject to any delivery charge and will be:
Carriage Paid To buyer’s destination within Australia.
5. Cancellation of Orders are subject to a Cancellation Fee, see
“Additional Terms and Conditions of Sale” in the Graco Australia Pty
Ltd “Policy and Procedure Manual”
6. Title Transfer and Risk Transfer are FCA Shipping point,
448 Boundary Road, Derrimut, Victoria, 3030, Australia. (lnco Term
2000 FCA).
7. Graco strives to ship all orders within 48 hours. If you have need
for an emergency shipment and your order is received before 1.00
p.m. Australian Eastern Standard Time, you may request same day
shipment, subject to stock availability and Credit approval.
8. The Distributor shall not be relieved by any obligation, to accept or
pay for goods and services provided by Graco Australia Pty Ltd by
reason of any delay in delivery, or dispatch of goods.
9. Quoted delivery times and quoted delivery charges are estimates
only by Graco Australia Pty Ltd.
10. Graco Australia Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage
arising as a result or consequence of any failure to deliver or for
delay in delivery.
11. Returns will not be accepted on configured or low demand products
built to Distributor Order. Any goods accepted by Graco Australia Pty
Ltd for return must be freight prepaid.
