Lunch/Dinner
Our starred Chef David Chauvac will take you through a discovery of his flavours and
suggests a wedding menu specially made for you, according to your budget, culinary
preferences and seasonal products (beverages, cocktail, entertainment and decoration
excluded).
Our Michelin Star restaurant suggests 3 to 8 dishes, starting from 80€ per person for lunch
and 95€ per person for dinner, beverages excluded.
For your dessert, a pièce montée (wedding cake) made from filled choux pastry, held
together with caramel or, if you prefer, a regular cake can be made by our pastry Chef, as a
replacement or as a supplement to the individual dessert, starting from 15€ per person.
The composition of the menus changes regularly according to seasonal fresh products and
Chef’s inspiration.

Entertainment
 In winter, (from November to April) please note that the musical entertainment cannot
last after midnight.
 In summer, due to a high occupation of the hotel, those entertainments cannot go on
after 11.00 pm.
Please be advised that, due to the presence of guests in rooms just above the Candille
restaurant and below the restaurant’s terrace, you will need to fully privatise Le Mas and La
Villa if you wish to have a live band, DJ, or similar entertainment at your party.

For the staff’s meal, we suggest a 2 course menu for 45€ per person, mineral water and

Decoration
To personalise your reception, we will be pleased to print individual menus and to customise
them following your instructions (text/photo).
We can also take care of the floral decoration for your tables, from 30€ per middle table
piece (quote on request). Another possibility is for you to bring your own flowers.

 19 Classic and Traditional rooms in the 18th century Provencal Mas.
 All beautifully renovated, offering cozy, intimate rooms, from 25 to 28 sqm (some with a
terrace or a garden with panoramic view of Grasse and the Pre-Alps).

La Bastide
 19 Superior and Deluxe rooms in a building designed to blend into the naturel
environment.
 These rooms are spacious: from 35 to 38 sqm.
 Deluxe rooms have a view of Grasse and of the Pre-Alps. The Superior rooms have a
view on the hotel gardens.
 Each room has a unique interior design. All combine antiques and works of art with
state-of-the-art amenities that have been perfectly adapted to contemporary living and
business needs.
 The comfortable grey marbled bathrooms are stocked with products from Molton
Brown and are equipped with multi jet shower cubicles and integrated T.V. screens.

 4 Deluxe Suites of 70 sqm and 2 Superior Suites of 55 sqm, with terraces of 40 and 25
sqm.

 The living areas are warm and well-lit, with the traditional, contemporary, and timeless
charm of a family home. Traditional furnishings are paired with designer touches.
 The suites are ideals for both leisure stays and professionals: a big hall with cloakroom
and private bathroom, lounge and 4 seater dining table (can be used as a meeting room),
