Roberta MacDonald, Senior Vice President of Marketing, Cabot Creamery
Roberta MacDonald is nearing 40 years of consumer product and trade marketing experience,
the last 26 of which she has spent as SVP of Marketing for Cabot Creamery Cooperative of
Vermont. Roberta previously served as the state’s first Marketing Director, a position created
for her by Governor Kunin in 1984. She has been recognized with many awards for design,
promotions, and high-impact public relations programs, including Cookies for Good and the Cabot
Reward Volunteers iPhone app.
Barry R. Sloane, President & CEO of Century Bank
Barry R. Sloane, 60, is President & CEO of Century Bank and Century Bancorp, Inc.
(NASDAQ: CNBKA) is a 46 year old regional bank with 27 branches in greater Boston, and $3.8
billion of total banking assets. He is a Trustee and member of the Investment Committee of
SBERA (Savings Bank Employee Retirement Association).
Betsey Brewer, Executive Director of Southwick Zoo and Earth Ltd.
Betsey is the Executive Director of Conservation, Education and Research and has been an
Executive at Southwick’s Zoo in Mendon for more than 25 years. Betsey is Executive Director
and Founder of EARTH Ltd. and is well known and respected nationally for her dedication and
expertise in animal behavior and wildlife conservation. Her steadfast dedication to the care and
protection of animals is truly inspiring.

Beth Yohai is an accomplished business executive with experience spanning industries, company
size and growth stage. Beth has a proven track record of working closely with business leaders

Dr. Sharon Livingston, President, International Coach Certification Academy (Psy Tech Inc)
Dr. Sharon Livingston earned her Ph.D. in the mid 90s based upon predictive research into
facial picture sorting. She’s since become one of the world’s foremost specialists in consumer
psychology, group techniques, and finding the “Emotionally Unique Selling Proposition” for any
market… Sharon’s the woman many billion dollar companies bring in to find out what’s deep inside
their prospects’ heads, often before an idea for a product or service even exists.
Edward Stautberg, Managing Director, PartnerCom Corporation
Edward Stautberg started working with PartnerCom and On Board Boot Camp as Managing
Director in 2014. He has joined Susan Stautberg his mother, and founder of the companies
bringing new energy, ideas, and strategies for growth. Edward is involved in all aspects of the
business: building and implementing advisory boards: developing the board needs with clients,
conducting advisory board candidate searches, scheduling the council meetings, facilitating the
advisory board meetings, preparing the meeting notes and following up on recommendations.

Mark Elefante is the chair of the Business Law Group at Hemenway & Barnes. He works with

focus on acquisition, financing, permitting, development, leasing, and sale of commercial real
estate. He also advises individuals and families in a variety of areas, including the purchase, sale,
development, conservation, and ownership of residential property.
Sal Lupoli, CEO, Lupoli Companies
Salvatore Lupoli can best be described as a visionary entrepreneur who has created a number
of successful businesses from the ground up. As the founder and leader of Sal’s Pizza retail and
wholesale, Salvatore’s Restaurants, Riverwalk Properties and JeNet Management, he remains
motivated by his commitment to make a difference in the communities he serves. His innovative
approach to building ambitious teams that exude confidence and optimism has provided Sal with
the ability to raise more than $200 million dollars of capital for his business interests.
Val Hollingsworth, President, Hollingsworth & Vose Company
Mr. Val Hollingsworth has been the President of Hollingsworth & Vose Company since January
1997 and its Chief Executive Officer since January 1998. Mr. Hollingsworth began in operations,
working as a Shift Supervisor and as a Production Manager, then held a series of manufacturing,
sales, and marketing positions. He served as Mill Manager of Hollingsworth’s West Groton Mill and
General Manager of the Battery Separator Business Unit. While the majority of his career has been
at H&V, he also spent two years in the Investment Banking Division at Lehman Brothers in New
York. He earned a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck
School of Business.

As Senior Wealth Strategist, Mark is responsible for developing customized wealth management

Scott Friedman, Attorney at Lippes Mathias Wesler Friedman
Scott Friedman, the author of seven books and numerous articles on family business
dynamics and planning strategies, works closely with family businesses and their advisors
across the United States. A frequent lecturer on the subject, Scott is also the creator,
among other things, of The Family Business Scorecard, a proprietary assessment tool he
uses in working with family businesses. Scott is the managing partner of Lippes Mathias
Wexler Friedman LLP, a law firm in Buffalo, New York that works with family businesses and
their professional advisors. He also works closely with the University at Buffalo’s School
of Management and Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership in developing educations and
practical programs for family businesses, as well as being a co-founder of and Executive in
Residence at the University’s Family Business Center.

James Mamary, Sr, Owner of Royal Health Group
James Mamary is the founder and CEO of the Royal Health Group since its establishment in 1997.
Jim has been managing health care organizations for more than 30 years. Jim has administered at
hospitals, nursing centers, hospices, adult day care centers and outpatient rehabilitation centers.
He has consulted to, managed, or owned m ore 250 nursing centers throughout the Northeast
and has experience in all facets of operations, including extensive experience with acquisitions
and opening new facilities. Jim started the Royal Health Group with the idea of integrating large
company technology with small company community interests.
