Stone Ridge Golf, LLC – Lyndell Young owner of Pebble Creek Country Club
has been involved in multiple golf courses from start up construction such
as Wood Creek Farms a Tom Fazio design in Columbia S.C. as owner and
builder. Indian River also in Columbia , as Designer ,builder and owner. Lyn
has extensive knowledge of bringing golf and real estate together as a lifestyle.
Lyndell and Lee Young and three children call Pebble Creek home.
IBI Builders
John Montgomery and Greg Grissinger are both from Greenville area. Before
partnering with John to create IBI Builders 4 years ago , Greg worked 7 years
building for Eastland Construction. Greg and John partnership began when
they were developing other areas of Pebble Creek mainly in the Linkside III
area, where John also lives.
Shockley Designs
Owner Chris Shockley is a graduate of Clemson University’s college of
Architecture. Chris’s career encompasses a diverse array of commercial projects
with a specialization and passion for residential projects. He served nine
years as a project manager for a national architectural firm where he gained
experience working on over a hundred different mid to high end homes. Chris
lives in the Greenville area where he enjoys mountain biking and spending time
with his daughter, Emmy.
