subgrounds like cement or asphalt. Such areas will not show any movements even after years. Pin connectors can
be helpful during installation. Due to the strong possible movement of rubber those connectors alone will not be
able to hold such tiles in place over years. For best results, we strongly recommend to follow our installation
guidelines.

EPDM Colours / Colour Chart

Rubber tiles made of virgin EPDM Rubber Granules offer a long lasting colour stability combined with great elastic
properties. Such granules are manufactured from newly produced rubber sheets. The granules in an avarage grain
size of 1-4 mm are used as an app. 10 mm top layer on a base of recycled SBR rubber granules.
The granules can be mixed to individual colour combinations. To decrease costs, it is also possible to mix the
coloured EPDM with e.g. 80 % or 50% of recycled black EPDM (see photo).
The colours of tiles produced in one batch will be equal. New batches (e.g. reordering after 3 month) is likely to
result in slightly different colours.
The colours shown above (printed or web) can differ from the real product due to printer or monitor settings.
Upon request we can provide samples.

The stronger the better - is the general rule for our solid rubber tiles. Such tiles are used for a broad variety
of applications. They are for example used in gyms, CrossFit-Areas and due to their strength also in horse and cow
stables. For more comfort and flexibility a thicker tile will be the better choice. All tiles will protect your
underneath floor against accidently falling weights and they will keep the noise level down. In case of areas where
dropping weights is very likely, a thicker weight lifting tile (e.g. 40 mm) should be used.
When planing your areas, please alow 1-2 cm of space to any wall or permanently fixed element, as rubber tiles
will expand and shrink if exposed to different temperatures. Measurement tolerances of 2% are possible,
thickness tolerances of +/- 2mm apply.
