Why Corporate Services?
I
II
Corporate Services has evolved significantly over the past 10 years and is becoming
a staple in the commercial real estate services industry. Most, if not all, of the
Fortune 500 companies sign with a national real estate firm to help manage real
estate assets. Here’s why.
Cost
III
IV
V
VI
There is very little, if any, added cost to your company. The corporate service industry is paid as a portion of the local
transaction, around 30% of the fee. If you need to sell or list a property then corporate services works with a local
broker to make this happen and you pay the same market fee.
VII
Technology
VIII
Many real estate companies, particularly those in smaller markets, have not kept up with available technologies. CBC
Corporate Services provides industry leading technology to corporate clients. Marketing and mapping materials from
one source provides the client with a standard across varied markets. Some of the marketing we provide are site tour
packages, demographics and drive time analysis.
Data
Local and national economic and real estate market data can be supplied by CBC Corporate Services. Other data
includes comparable property data (sale or lease) and demographic data.
