The Next Generation – Online Ordering System
The easiest way to order clothing for your team is to have your team do the work. Our powerful
Online Ordering System is set up by you, the clothing coordinator, and is easy for your team to
log in and use. You can set custom prices, turn on and off items and even customize the order
home page. Individuals are then given a secure link to log in and place their own orders, and
even make their own payment on the site. Full order reports and a customer order list are available to the clothing coordinator. Best of all, this service is complimentary to Voler Customers.
AutoPack and IndiShip
In addition, all orders that run through the Online Ordering System will be AutoPacked.
This is FREE! Every team member will have their ordered items pre-packed into a single bag.
Each bag is marked with a number and the rider’s name which correlates with the team packing
list included in the shipment. No more sorting through 10 boxes of clothing to find each rider’s
order, just hand out the bags.
IndiShip
We can now ship each individual team member’s order to an address of their choice. IndiShip
is an option that the coordinator may pick at the beginning of the ordering process. When an
order is placed, each team member enters their own shipping address. This relieves you, the
clothing coordinator, of the distribution process with the team. The only thing you will do is open
and enjoy your own personal order.
Easy Ordering System
1. Call 800.488.6537 to verify Voler’s next available ship date.
2. Receive due dates for your artwork, order and 50% deposit. These are due
seven weeks before your ship week. You can also book a re-order date for
later in the year.
3. Work with Customer Service to set-up your Ordering Web page.
4. Order sizing samples and have a sizing party for the team.
5. Use the Online Ordering System and have your teammates place their own
individual orders or submit your order through the Quick Order link.
6. You will be contacted by Art Services and assigned a personal designer four
weeks before your ship week.
7. Full sized color proofs will be sent for your final art approval.
8. Customer service will contact you during your week of shipment to verify
your shipping information. Your order will then ship ON TIME.

The 13” Torino pad is perfect for all around use. Completely seamless

We have upgraded the Trilogy pad by adding Skyve Technology, which
combines two foam densities into each pressure area of the pad. This
smoothes the transitions between the thickest and thinnest portion of the
pads. So no hard spots are left on the pad surface, only a soft contoured
edge, eliminating hot spots. (This replaces Trilogy)
Sync Tri Pad
The Sync pad is also new to our line-up. This is a very thin molded pad
designed specifically for the Triathlete. The super soft surface and low
density foam reduces abrasion, retains minimal moisture, and dries
very quickly. The Sync pad is standard in all Tri Bottoms.

teamed up with a Designer that will take care of your art details from start to finish. We
can accept your ideas from a rough sketch, or in a digital format from your own designer,
and everything in between. Templates are available online at www.voler.com through the
“Design-Download Center”.
No Color Charges
Voler exclusively uses digital printing. This offers you unlimited colors, clean
photographic images and endless artistic options. Digital printing offers as
much flexibility as possible in order to produce your design.
Voler’s digital process is state of the art and our digital colors are unsurpassed
in the industry. Our blacks, blues, and reds are extremely rich and vibrant.
Bottom Color Choices for Triton and Forza HC Nylon Lycra:
Our all-inclusive pricing means that our art time is included in the price of your garments.
