• Only qualifying products are accepted for claims when purchased directly from participating distributors, within the qualifying period and when original invoices are submitted and returned to the above detailed address with a Gerflor Rewards Customer Claim form.
• Qualifying products include: Taralay Impression Control, Creation 55 LVT Dryback, TarasafeTM Standard, a claim can involve a mix of these ranges and may comprise of full rolls and cut
length purchases.
Only current colour-ways from current qualifying products qualify for this promotion.
• Points earned are awarded depending on the number of rolls / sqm purchased. Where items purchased do not equate to whole square metre units, these should be rounded down to the nearest whole number.
• The points system is very simple, 3 points per whole square metre for Taralay Impression Control, 2 points per whole square metre for Creation 55 LVT Dryback, 1 point per whole square metre for TarasafeTM Standard. Reward points cannot be carried over from one promotion to the next.
• A minimum of 250 Gerflor Reward points are required to receive a gift in this promotion. Only
1 claim per invoice is permitted. Claims will only be accepted from the company named on the distributor invoice. If you are direct purchasing customer, your invoice from Gerflor will be acceptable as part of the claimant process, provided they are fully paid. Any combinations direct and indirect are also acceptable as part of the claimant process.
• All qualifying rolls/whole square metres must be invoiced by the participating distributor between 01/08/16 to 31/01/17, invoices may only be submitted once in support of a claim. All legitimate claims
must be received by the 28th February 2017 for the qualifying period for this contract rewards program. No claims can be accepted after 28th February 2017. Late claims will not be accepted.
• Gerflor Ltd cannot guarantee stock availability for all the qualifying products within the promotion and hence are not liable if a purchase cannot be made for availability reasons during the promotional period.
• Only bona fide Flooring Contractors can take part in this promotion and is not available for any buying group or public authority. This scheme is offered to businesses on the condition that its management are fully aware of the terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of the claimant to notify HM Revenue & Customs.
• All claims submitted are validated and subject to gift availability. In the event that the reward gifts Love2shop Gift Vouchers are unavailable, alternatives will be supplied in the form of other high-street vouchers. No cash alternative is available.
• Any pre-Christmas deliveries must be submitted to Gerflor Ltd by 20th November 2016.
• Reward gifts will be supplied and dispatched to the address stated on the claim form upon validation of invoices. This process can take up to 28 days from the date Gerflor verify a claim for the delivery of rewards.
• The administration of this rewards program will be handled by Gerflor Ltd and any further correspondence on the program should be directed to Gerflor Ltd in the first instance.
Gerflor Ltd reserve the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any given time.
