your family get healthier. We make it easy for you to look after your health, get active and eat healthily.
Facilities to help you get healthier
Get active for less at Virgin Active Health Clubs:

All members who are 18 years and older can go to Virgin Active
Health Clubs in the KeyFIT gym network at reduced rates. You
and your spouse save 67% on the monthly fee. Adult and child
dependants older than 18 years save 50% on the monthly gym
fee. Children on your membership younger than 18 years get
free access if parents are active members of Virgin Active
Health Clubs. Children between the ages of six weeks and 13
years save 50% on the monthly fee for Club-V or Club-V Max.
You will pay a card fee and R450 for each person on your membership 18 years and older
who wants to activate the gym benefit. When you join, take your Discovery KeyCare
membership card, proof of identity, card and activation fee with you. One of the consultants
will help you to fill in the forms and the 12-month contract.
You must go to gym regularly to keep saving
To keep your monthly saving, you need to go to the gym at least 36 times (maximum of
one visit a day) in every rolling 12-month period. We count the 12 months from the month
you joined .If you don’t make 36 visits, your saving on the monthly gym fee will decrease
from 67% to 50% for each person with a membership. So, if you joined on 1 April 2012, for
example, you need to go to gym 36 times before 31 March 2013. From there onwards, gym
visits will be checked every month, looking back over every 12-month period.

As a family, you get cash back on a maximum of R2 000 a month you spend on HealthyFood. As a single member, you get cash back on a maximum of R1 000 a month
you spend on HealthyFood.
To get your HealthyFood savings, the cashier must swipe your HealthyFood card before scanning your products.

All dependants 18 years and older on your policy can activate the HealthyGear benefit.
The cash back each adult gets will only increase as soon as the person has done a Vitality Health Check.
HealthyGear applies to all adidas gear and equipmaentt bought at adidas and Totalsports stores.
You and your spouse (if applicable) will need to complete a Vitality Health Check every rolling 12 months to keep getting up to 15% cash back on your HealthyGear purchases.
As a family, members get cash back on a maximum of R7 500 spent on adidas gear in a year. Any amount you spend over R7 500 a year will not qualify for the cash back.
Each member on your membership with an active HealthyGear benefit can increase their cash back to up to 15% by completing a Vitality Health Check at a pharmacy
in the Vitality Wellness Network.

Clicks ClubCard Cash-back Rewards

Funeral cover from Discovery Life
KeyFIT gives you peace of mind with free funeral cover for you and your family. The funeral cover is
provided by Discovery Life and covers you, up to three spouses and up to five children.

The main member on the KeyCare Plan must be older than 18 and younger than 64 and 11 months when you join
KeyFIT to qualify for the funeral benefit.
