When your hotel is equipped with an INNCOM Integrated Room
Automation System (IRAS) network, it has the infastructure to provide
a higher level of service to your guests as well as the information to
enable it to run more efficiently. This network can not only monitor
HVAC equipment performance, temperature settings and room
occupancy but it can also connect other room systems to their
respective server applications.

When you deploy the INNCOM by Honeywell Energy
Management System and the VingCard Elsafe Central Electronic Lock System you can begin to experience the value of
integrated applications. As soon a door is opened, INNCOM’s
energy management system can react and adjust room control
settings accordingly. When the door is left open for extended
periods of time, the network can report the event as an alarm
at the server.
• Instant notification of a door being forced open.
The system can also differentiate between guests and staff,
providing the ability to automate alternate lighting settings
and temperature levels as appropriate.
• Automatic daylight savings time changes.
• Guest’s check-out time can be extended remotely.
• VIP’s can be checked-in without stopping at reception.
• Wandering and sequential intruder alerts.
• Universal cancellation and/or re-issuance of a staff key card
