We would like to inform you that an accident with NITORI’s kotatsu heated table was reported
the heater reflector made with different specifications than those used in usual production
attached to the kotatsu heated table had fallen.
If you have purchased a kotatsu from NITORI, please check the heater part and if your kotatsu is
the same type as the product in question, please contact your nearest NITORI store or call the
toll-free number provided below. Once we confirm your product details we will replace the heater
for you.
Our ongoing aim is to improve the quality of our products and service through efforts in
