Installation of u-TRAQ auto or autoPro Device
1. Before installing your u-TRAQ auto or autoPRO device,
you will want to write down your IMEI # located on the
front of the device.
2. Locate the On-Board Diagnostics (OBD) port on your
vehicle. It is usually on the driver’s side under the dash.
3. Remove the OBD port’s cover (if attached) and insert
the tracking unit with the label facing up. For fastest
results, keep the door of the vehicle open until the “G”
LED lights up, indicating a GPS connection. *This could take from
four to twenty minutes. The engine does not have to be running.
4. Wait an additional five minutes, then login to the
tracking website.
