The use of skin care products (such as skin creams, body lotion, or powder) as well as various
skin types (such as dry or peeling skin) and hair growth may prevent the silicone band from
keeping the thigh high in place.
To improve the performance of the silicone band under the above conditions, we recommend
the following steps:
1.Turn the JOBST Thigh Highs inside out before washing.
2. Before the main wash, thoroughly hand wash the silicone band using a delicate fabric detergent.
Concentrate on removing any lotion, powder, hair or other foreign material from the silicone.

Donning made easy. Not only does it require less force to put on the JOBST® Bella™ Strong RTW Armsleeve versus
device was created to ensure everyday donning with ease of fabric distribution for all day comfort and therapeutic

Instructions for Donning
2. Fold back band on armsleeve so silicone
is exposed.
1. Pull Donning Aid onto arm.
3. Pull armsleeve onto arm until wrist cuff is
on or above wrist bone.

1. Select RIGHT or LEFT hand measuring template.
2. Center pencil (or similar post) at point (P) to act as stop. Place
patient’s hand, palm down, on the illustrated hand template and
butt web space between middle and index fingers up against
stop at (P).
3. Press patient’s fingers together.
4. Trace horizontal line from tip of middle finger (T) to glove
size diagram.
5. Trace vertical line up from base of little finger (B) to glove
size diagram.
6. Find exact glove size at intersection of vertical and horizontal
lines in glove diagram.
7. Reference glove size and style to Ordering Information.
NOTE: Although right and left hands must be measured on individual templates, Pre-Sized

The edging seam at the top of the stocking is designed to be comfortable

Application Method

CompriFoam open cell foam bandage is ideal for padding under compression bandages for phlebological
and lymphological indications. It is designed to evenly distribute the pressure from compression bandages

over extremities, thus preventing constrictions and ensuring an effective compression therapy. The non-slip
texture of the foam also makes applying the compression bandage (e.g. Comprilan®) easier. CompriFoam®
is also suited as padding material under plaster and synthetic casts in orthopedic applications.

Directions for Use
• Apply during CDP Lymphedema treatment to help reduce edema and increase tissue pressure to prevent

the re-accumulation of evacuated edema fluid.
• Apply under compression bandages (e.g. Comprilan®) to even
out circumference of limbs for more even pressure distribution.
• Apply as a layer over stockinette and under a compression bandage

Wrapping Technique
Simple spiral bandaging technique is ideal when managing venous leg ulcers.
1. Begin bandaging from the medial aspect at the Basal joint of the toes towards the lateral
aspect of the foot.
2. Repeat step 1 to secure bandage.

3. The bandage continues with a turn across the metatarsals.
4. Take the bandage over the lower heel and return over the metatarsals.
5. Take the next turn over the upper heel and Achilles Tendon continuing medially.
6. Cover the ankle by wrapping the bandage spirally.

7. Continue spiralling the bandage up the leg, overlapping each turn by half of the bandage width.
8. Finish bandaging approximately tow fingers width below the Tibial tuberosity.
9. If a second bandage is applied, it can start at the Basal joints or the ankle but should be spiraled in
the opposite direction.

suit a wide variety of applications.

Standard:
• Ideal for supports which do not extend to the
groin. Adjustable garters afford a convenient
method of holding the supports.
Adjustable:
• This garter belt is practical, compact, and easy to
wear. Supports for men should be measured
within 2" (5 cm) of the groin for maximum
comfort.
Over-the-Shoulder (single/double):
• Designed for the patient who cannot tolerate
pressure over the abdomen, but must wear Jobst
