from the east to the west of the island and the interior is mostly covered in rich tropical vegetation.
The lowland hills are decorated with coconut palms, and emerald paddy fields, that slope gently down to
the stunning beaches that can be found all around the island; it’s these white sandy beaches where most
people choose to live, or stay.
Samui first developed a reputation as an almost secret retreat; where only the most daring and adventurous
travellers were fortunate enough to discover the island’s outstanding natural beauty. But, when the airport
opened, Samui was suddenly an accessible location for a much wider group of travellers and since then the
island’s growth has been remarkable. Samui is now universally regarded as one of the top luxury destinations

International hotel chains and shopping centres have transformed the look of many parts of the island
and almost all traces of the backpacker history have been erased. But the famed ambience and unique

roughly the same size as Singapore. Despite being an island, Phuket is connected to the mainland
by a bridge across the Chong Pak Phra channel at the island’s northernmost point. The topography
is quite mountainous with many peaks covered in lush jungle. The lowlands consist of rice paddies, rubber
plantations, pineapples, coconuts and the only signification area of virgin rainforest remaining on the island,
the protected Khao Prao Thaeo Park.
The most beautiful beaches are found on the west coast, separated by rocky coves and headlands. Whereas
the east coast comprises mainly limestone shoals, a few sandy beaches, and spectacular limestone islands
that adorn the horizon. Coral gardens full of exotic marine life are plentiful in the emerald waters surrounding
the island.
Tourism has dominated Phuket’s economy for over 20 years and over 3 million visitors arrive every year to
enjoy the island’s natural beauty and the many activities and amenities. The most popular areas are Patong,
Kata and Karon, however nearly all the beaches along the west coast are frequented by locals and tourists
alike with the northern beaches on the west coast remaining quieter and less developed.
Phuket has a host of international standard golf courses and each one has its own particular challenges and
scenic splendour that only Phuket can offer. Courses to choose from included the Blue Canyon, Country
Club, Laguna Phuket Golf Club, Loch Palm Golf Club, Mission Phuket Resort and Spa, Phuket Country

aan Chao Lay is a deluxe villa located on the idyllic west coast of Koh Samui.
Offering guests a superior standard of accommodation from its classy, design to its
contemporary interior, this villa has certainly been built with quality in mind. Entering
through the villas inner gates, to the left and right you find four out of the properties five
bedrooms. Located in two separate pavilions with two bedrooms in each, these bedrooms
consist of 4 double beds with own en-suite and decorative garden.
Within the central courtyard is the swimming pool with Jacuzzi. Wrapping around this area
is the combined kitchen/dining/living room and on the opposite side the master bedroom
with en-suite. Both of these pavilions have stunning water views and some of the most
stunning sunsets you will ever witness.
The living room with its adjacent kitchen/dining area is a fantastic place for relaxing and
entertaining alike and with direct access to the pool deck, garden and beach frontage this
opens up to its surrounding environment.
The master bedroom offers similar conveniences of being able to open up completely to
entice the senses of the beach and garden and offers guests a calming area to rest.

Baan Chao Lay is a designer property that will suit all levels of needs. With
contemporary design and modern pieces of furniture throughout, many
will be attracted to enjoy this little piece of indulgence in the tropics.

aan Kilee is situated on Samui’s unspoilt west coast, and boasts 30 metres of prime
beach frontage looking out towards the famous Five Islands with beautiful sunsets
viewed straight from the property’s many terraces. A stunning villa with some highly
distinctive design features, Baan Kilee takes open-plan design to new levels and blurs the
distinction between the indoor and outdoor worlds. At Baan Kilee, specifically designed doors
and windows can be folded back, while the natural world is also made welcome through
the choice of cedar wood shingles for the roofs, which help the villa blend subtly with its
surrounding. A swathe of beach side lawn fronts the living areas, forming a natural border
between the large swimming pool, the beach and the sea.

The 5 master bedroom suites all enjoy sea views and private terraces and
each include air-conditioning, satellite TV, DVD and iPod connections,
while for real music lovers and movie buff the IT/AV room features a
2-metre screen, surround and video/CD libraries. Next to the main
pool, guests can sip cocktails while sitting on sunken stools in a smaller
pool with its own bar and pull down projection screen. There’s also a
generously sized barbeque pit, as well as the large aforementioned
double kitchen that allows for several chefs to work simultaneously and
thus prepare enough food for a banquet.
As you enter this expansive villa through a large sliding door, you enter an attractive garden
with an orchid-covered walkway that passes by an attractive lily pond and leads to the main
dining room. Inside, two suspended seats that hang on chains from the ceiling, and the
large dining table presents a spectacular place entertain friends or guests. On the left side
these individual buildings house the villa’s main living room, lounge and kitchen respectively,
while on the right hand side you find two large, comfortably furnished guest bedrooms
with specially designed drop-down wooden staircases connecting to two loft rooms ideal
accommodation for children.

aan Mika holds a prime beachfront location and the rustic feel of the outer-wall is
mirrored in the wooden doors, windows, and furniture. Thatched Salas, rattan-lined
vaulted ceilings and wooden roofs all add to the rural ambience. However, Baan
Mika enjoys all the comforts and technology of a modern luxury home.
This villa focuses around a central swimming pool that runs almost the whole length of
the villa up to the beach. The open-plan lounge building on the right contains a mix of
traditional and contemporary furniture in areas defined for relaxing and entertainment.
The right bedroom pavilion contains two double-bedrooms with separate en-suite
bathrooms, each with outdoor bathtub and shower. A door links the two rooms.
Next is the master-pavilion with shower room, dressing area, bedroom, seating area and
sliding doors to a large terrazzo bath tub; from which you can enjoy the views out to sea.
Beyond this room is a Sala with an outdoor lounge. On the opposite side of the pool is
another Sala with kitchen, BBQ and dining area. There are two bedroom pavilions identical
to the opposite ones and, at the entrance end, the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen
has a large island feature and branded appliances.

Ora Chon is definitely an eye-catching home. From the minute you arrive at the
stone-walled entrance you will want to explore this property. The intricate layout
has a captivating charm with staircases and pathways linking the different levels of the
accommodation and creating an interesting design.

Baan Ora Chon is an intriguing and interesting property. It’s an excellent
example of architectural initiative providing practical, private and
luxurious accommodation on the beach.
Directly in front of the entrance is the main living pavilion approached via wide stone
steps. On the left is the elevated living and dining area with vaulted ceiling and a balcony
that looks over the garden, the pool and the ocean. To the right are steps leading over
a water feature and to a two-storey building. Upstairs is a bedroom with dressing area;
en-suite bathroom, incorporating an outdoor bathtub; and two balconies. Downstairs is
a further en-suite bedroom.
Stairs from the living area go down to the fitted kitchen and lounge/TV room. Steps go to
an en-suite bedroom with covered terrace. On the right side of the property is a pavilion
housing two further bedrooms separated by an inner garden area and each with a dressing
area, en-suite and outdoor bathtub. To the left are the infinity swimming pool and Sala
with pool side bar and kitchen and then there’s the white-sand beach.

n entering you’re faced with an astonishing view through the villa grounds along the
central pathway to the ocean. Five pavilions provide the living space and there’s
a stylish black slate-edged swimming pool.
The first pavilion on the right has two double en-suite bedrooms on the ground floor. A
staircase leads upstairs to a comfortable relaxing area and a double-bedroom with large
sun terrace and en-suite bathroom with a luxurious stone, sea-view bathtub.
At the end of this pavilion there is a terrace and a lotus pond with wooden bridge over to
an island Sala feature. The next building has another bathroom, a fully-fitted kitchen, open
plan dining area and a comfortable lounge. At the front is the pool and Jacuzzi, outdoor
shower, garden and access to the exceptional white-sand beach.
The opposite side of the property has the master-suite, with lounge area, four-poster bed;
dressing area; and a feature outdoor bathroom. The final pavilion has a family room on
the ground floor and an upstairs bedroom with sun terrace and outdoor bathtub. Baan
Phulay is a spacious, five-bedroom villa with superb facilities in an idyllic, peaceful location

estled in the heart of tranquillity in the hills of Bophut, Ban Kinaree strikes an idyllic
balance between contemporary grandeur and Thai-Balinese timelessness. The
walk-through the entrance area and water features gives away the atmosphere
from the first step into the villa. Ban Kinaree is made of 3 separate pavilions harmonized
in a terraced compound setting with luxuriant and lush garden landscaping.
The smallest pavilion hosts one bedroom; the main pavilion features the large living/
dining/kitchen as well as the 20 meter terrace overlooking Bophut Bay on the first floor,
2 bedrooms occupy the ground floor; the third pavilion hosts the master bedroom and
the 5th bedroom.
The property layout and the garden setting provide ample privacy and comfort
to everyone when desired and also allows great entertaining when opened up as a
complete residence.
Each of the bedrooms provides optimum comfort and privacy by featuring oversized
sleeping area and grand bathrooms with a large bathtub. All bedrooms are equipped with

Situated at the far end of the property is the swimming pool, with
sunken sun-benches; outdoor dining pavilion; BBQ kitchen; and the
peaceful Laem Sor beach. The extensive living space and idyllic
location provide guests with privacy and seclusion.
This grand room, on the second level of the main house, creates a laid-back feeling
through the use of space, design and the stunning view enjoyed from all angles through
full-length windows. There’s a gourmet kitchen, twelve-seat dining table, and the living/
entertainment area with modern Thai décor and a high-quality audio/visual system that’s
linked to every part of the house.
A covered balcony and staircase with waterfall feature goes to the ground level. This
floor has two bedrooms plus the steam room. Moving down the garden there are
four individual bedroom pavilions. The first two on either side of the central courtyard
feature an outdoor shower in private courtyards. The next two pavilions contain the
master-suites with their own surround-sound stereos, which can be isolated from the
main system. All six bedrooms have double beds and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in
showers and bathtubs.

n authentic Ayutthaya-styled house that’s ideal for families or friends to enjoy a
luxury holiday. Consisting of two teak pavilions surrounded by an expansive deck,
the first building houses the living space, decorated in a traditional Thai style.
There’s a vaulted wooden ceiling, water-hyacinth sofas, a solid teak dining table, an open
fully-equipped kitchen and an adjoining TV room. On the large wooden terrace there’s an
antique dining table and sun-beds.
The sleeping pavilion features three bedrooms. The first has twin-beds, a walk-in closet
and an en-suite bathroom. There’s a bathtub with a feature skylight above and an open
air shower area.
The second bedroom is a child’s room with a single bed and a bathroom with shower.
Adjoining is the third bedroom with a double bed; walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom

All rooms are decorated with antique features and have sliding doors to fully enjoy the

These beautiful villas provide guests with privacy and space to ensure

the private parking area and a double bedroom and en-suite with small

surrounding mountains.
The living room and open-plan kitchen on the top floor are semi-detached from the
master bedroom, but both the living room area and the master bedroom feature views of
the infinity pool and over to the northwest mountains. This villa’s top floor is the perfect
off-peak escape for a couple on their honeymoon.
The brand new kitchen is finished in blue granite and comes complete with modern
