You state the meeting at which your by-laws
were amended was a special called meeting for
that purpose alone and that the auendaent
passed 73 to 3 9 .
Amendments to the by-laws of our local unions
are to be read at two regular nestings of the
local union and laid on the table without discussion.
Then they are to be read at the third
meeting, discussed and voted upon.
