Prices for all shows and concerts are subject to change at any time. Prices are
guaranteed only upon purchase of a ticket. Prices for our Broadway shows may
increase by up to $10 per ticket when fewer than 200 seats are available for any
specific performance. Purchase tickets early for best seating and pricing.
A $5.00 per order (not per ticket) processing fee is charged for all phone and
internet ticket orders. Print-At-Home tickets will be emailed at no charge. There
is a $2.00 per order charge for tickets mailed or held in will call.
TICKET PRICES
Concerts and Special Events
Tickets are not exchangeable.
Professional Broadway Theatre Productions
Tuacahn provides two options for exchanging tickets for our professional
Broadway Theatre productions, as explained below. In both cases, all tickets
(including exchanged tickets), are only valid during the same season for which the
original tickets were purchased and cannot be carried over to a future season.
Same Show Exchange
Broadway show tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same
show (i.e. Mary Poppins ticket exchanged for another performance of Mary
Poppins) with a minimum 24 hours advance notice and the payment of a $5 per
ticket exchange fee.
Different Show Exchange
Broadway show tickets may be exchanged for another Tuacahn show or concert
during the same season with a minimum 24 hours advance notice and the
payment of a $7 per ticket exchange fee.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICIES
If an event cannot begin at the scheduled start time because of weather
conditions, Tuacahn will hold the performance for approximately 30 minutes. At
that time conditions will be evaluated and a decision will be made whether to
continue with the event. Weather conditions often improve and events are never
cancelled in advance. Some events will continue in the rain.
Inclement Weather Policy for Disney’s Mary Poppins, Starlight Express and
Thoroughly Modern Millie:
If a performance is cancelled prior to intermission and you are unable to return
another night you may receive a full refund. There are no refunds for shows
cancelled during or after intermission. However, you may receive a voucher
valid to see the same show during the current season. Customers attending
Monday through Thursday will receive a midweek voucher and customers
attending on Friday or Saturday will receive a voucher valid for any day. Vouchers
are only valid during the same season as the cancelled show.
Inclement Weather Policy for Concerts and Special Events:
If an event is cancelled during the first 45 minutes of the main act performance, or
before intermission, whichever comes first, you may receive a voucher, issued for
the ticket price you actually paid to Tuacahn. This voucher can be used for other
Tuacahn productions for up to six months. If an event is cancelled after 45
minutes into the main act, or during/after intermission, there are no refunds or
credits.
CHILDREN
All guests, regardless of age, must have their own ticket. To make the theatre
experience more enjoyable for all of our guests, Tuacahn has a minimum age for
attendance at our Broadway show productions, which are:
Amphitheatre Shows – 3 years old
Disney’s Mulan in the Hafen Theatre – 2 years old
Elf, the Musical at Dixie State University – 5 years old (children ages 3 and 4 may
attend when seated in area 2 near an aisle).
Tuacahn provides ShowCare, an on-site, licensed childcare service for children
from infancy to seven years old, in conjunction with our Amphitheatre shows.

TUACAHN CENTER FOR THE ARTS
Tuacahn Center for the Arts is a professional non-profit organization
dedicated to inspiring creativity and greatness in the human spirit by
providing world class family entertainment.
Located in Ivins, Utah (near St. George), Tuacahn’s state-of-the-art
facilities feature a 1,920 seat outdoor amphitheatre, surrounded by
majestic red sandstone cliffs.

TUACAHN HIGH SCHOOL FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS
Tuacahn High School for the Performing Arts is a public charter school
for grades 9 through 12. Tuacahn High School is known for its college
preparatory curriculum with small class sizes and an emphasis on the
performing and visual arts. As a state funded school, there are no
