This exceptionally comfortable villa is located on the sea-side, conveniently Bordered on three sides with tall evergreen trees this villa sits amid
manicured lawns with amphora's spilling forth colourful daisys. Splendid
views over the sparkling Aegean sea invite you, by private access steps,
to enjoy the pretty sand beach directly in front of the villa. Terraces wrap
around the house and extend to poolside where uniquely large sun
loungers await, ideal for relaxation. As you move inside, the transition is
barely noticeable, due to the thoughtful use of grand sliding glass doors
that slip un-seen inside the walls. The overall effect producing a spacious
interior that blends seamlessly with the out-of-doors. The ample luxuriant
living area is open plan, slipping from one space to another with the
captivating views of green gardens or blue sea, providing many
pleasurable moments for you during your stay. An unusual feature was
one of the interior dining areas has a special ceiling, covered with
traditional teak decking, the openings letting in sunlight, but cleverly
covered with glass, giving you the feeling that you were dining outside, yet
actually you are at the heart of the villa.
I liked the nautical feeling of the furnishings throughout, in particular the
extensive teak table for outside dining with chairs and marine blue
cushions surrounding it. Its un-obstructed view to the sea, perfect for
enjoying moments with those close to you.
near to Athens and all that it has to offer, yet nearby to quiet, historic
Cape Sounion where the temple of Poseidon stands as a sentinel to the
past.
