Qualifying Rules
a. Qualifying period runs from December 2015 through
November 2016.
b. Vacation includes 5 days, 4 nights, accommodations from
January 23 – 27, 2017.
c. Representatives must be in active status and good
standing at the time of the trip.
d. Any Representative who is deactivated at any time during
the qualifying period will forfeit all points accumulated prior
to the deactivation. A deactivated Representative is one
who does not submit at least $200 sales during any four
consecutive months. Travel allowance is $600.
Points:
35,000 points – Land Package for 1
55,000 points – Land Package for 1 plus 1 Travel Allowance
70,000 points – Land Package for 2 (or Land Package for
1 plus 2 Travel Allowances)
90,000 points – Land package for 2 plus 1 Travel Allowance
100,000 points – Land package for 2 plus 2 Travel Allowances
e. Top 5 point achievers for U.S. (include Puerto Rico) and
Canada combined will receive a $250 (U.S.value) Ziva Spa gift
certificate. Canadian points will be adjusted to U.S. values.
f. Trips are earned at reduced point levels for Executive,
Senior Executive and National Directors. In order to qualify for
the reduced point levels, the Leader must hold the specific
title in the June 2016 and November 2016 Bonus months.
Newly promoted Executive Directors, Senior Executive
Directors, and National Directors can earn at reduced levels
when they hold the specific title as of November 2016 bonus.
Reduced point requirements are as follows:
• Executive Director: 75% of the points required
• Sr. Exec. Director: 50% of the points required
• National Director: 25% of the points required
g. There are eight primary ways to earn points:
i. Sales Points: One point will be earned for each
dollar in personal incentive sales.
ii. Sponsor: Earn one point for every $1 in incentive
sales your Personal Recruits sell during their
New Representative Rewards Period.
iii. Sponsor: Earn 2,000 points for each personally
sponsored Representative who Jump-Starts
(submits $1,500 or more in incentive sales) during
their Jump Start Period.
iv. Leader: Earn 500 points for each Personal Group
non-Personal new Representative who Jump Starts
(submits $1,500 or more in incentive sales) during
their Jump Start Period.
v. Grand Openings: Earn 500 points for each “live”
Grand Opening Show you conduct. Grand Opening
Show must be a qualified Show with a minimum
of $200 in sales. Shows must be held and submitted
between December 1, 2015 and November 30, 2016.
vi. Leader Promotion: Earn 3,000 points when you
promote to Team Leader or above. To earn points
for promoting to a new level, you must qualify at
the new level for three consecutive months within
the first six months, between December 2015 and
November 2016. Points are awarded in the
month earned.
vii. Leader Bonus: Earn 3,000 points for each new
first-line Generation Leader. New Leader must
qualify for three consecutive months within the first
six months, between December 2015 and
November 2016. Points are awarded in the
month earned.
viii.New Representative Points: A new Representative
will earn 2,000 trip points when she Jump Starts.
The new Representative also will receive double trip points on sales during her Jump Start Period.
For all points earned in relation to Jump Starts, the
new Representative’s Jump Start must be achieved
between December 2015 and November 2016.
Travel Guidelines
a. The trip must be taken as scheduled. No alternative
travel dates are available.
b. An option to forego the vacation is available. The buy-out
option is as follows: 50,000 Plus Points = $250 gift card.
All trip reservations and buy-out requests must be final by
December 11, 2016. No buy-out requests will be awarded
after December 11, 2016.
c. Travelers must register for the trip no later than date on
registration form.
d. The land package includes 5 days, 4 nights at the allinclusive Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos, ground transportation from
the airport to the hotel on arrival day and from the hotel
to the airport on departure day and a welcome reception.
Achievers who earn one trip and do not buy-in an additional
trip will share a room with another achiever.
e. The travel allowance for the trip is $600 if earned at that
level. Signature HomeStyles can either assist you in making
your flight arrangements or you may opt to take a check
for the entire amount. If Signature HomeStyles makes
the arrangements and the cost of travel is less than the
travel allowance, you will receive a check for the remaining
amount. (Example: You earn a travel allowance for one
person and choose to have Signature HomeStyles book
your flight. Flight is $350 with taxes and all charges. We
will issue you a check for the remaining balance of $250.)
If the cost of the travel is more than the allowance, you will
be responsible for paying that portion directly to Signature
HomeStyles at the time of ticketing. You may choose to
make your travel arrangements and receive a check upon
arrival on the trip.
Guests and Buy-Ins
a. A maximum of two trips may be earned for the vacation.
b. Upon earning one trip, one additional trip may
be purchased, not to exceed a total of two trips per
Representative.
c. The buy-in price will be determined and communicated
six months prior to departure. Guest buy-ins must be paid
in full at least 60 days prior to departure. All Guests must
buy-in if the Representative they are traveling with did not
earn a second trip.
d. Trip earners may not take another active Signature
HomeStyles Representative with them as a guest or buyin unless the Representative is a spouse, adult child or
immediate family member.
General Rules
a. Signature HomeStyles reserves the right to substitute
awards of equal or greater value if the awards described
become unavailable.
b. Signature HomeStyles reserves the right to audit sales
from each Representative. Manipulation of Show dates,
transferring of sales from one Representative to another or
other breaches of policies will result in the disqualification of all
involved.
c. Shows that are returned will not qualify and will be
deducted from point totals.
d. The value of the trip will be included on the
Representative’s 2017 IRS 1099 form.
e. To the fullest extent allowed by law, all travelers
(Representatives and their Guests) agree to waive
and release any and all claims that they might have
against Signature HomeStyles for, and to hold Signature
HomeStyles harmless from, any loss, damage, injury,
accident, inconvenience or irregularity that may be
suffered or sustained by them arising out of or relating to
participation in the trip or any event, activity, happenstance,
transaction, or condition occurring or taking place during
the trip. This waiver and release also shall extend to and
for the benefit of the affiliates and employees of Signature
HomeStyles.
f. Questions regarding the trip guidelines must be
submitted in writing to Signature HomeStyles. Questions
and rule interpretations cannot be answered on the phone.
Only written replies will be considered official.
h. From time-to-time, Signature HomeStyles may offer
additional ways to earn points. These point earning
opportunities will be announced in Members Only.
