It is interesting to note that Hospitality International has been part of the
AAHOA scene since its inception, all the
way back to when Mid South Indemnity
brought together its first group of Asian
American hoteliers for the purpose of
fighting discrimination against Asian hotel
owners, and to also assist in gaining fairness in purchasing products and services.
In essence, AAHOA was born out
of necessity, but it didn’t take long for
Asian Hoteliers to gain a foothold in the
lodging industry, and the lodging industry
in general began to look at AAHOA and
its members in a brand new light.
Like any good history book, there
is always the beginning, and then the meat
of the story unfolds, and the end; well, it
hasn’t been written yet, but with the newest generation of Asian American hoteliers now at the helm of one of the most
prestigious hotel associations, and certainly among the largest (in member numbers), it is going to be a successful one.
It certainly can be said that
AAHOA does not lack tenacity, embracing the ever-changing political climate and
the future of technology; all the while remaining steadfast to it foundation of family
first, and faith in one another.
Many others could learn from their pages
of recent history on how to prosper and
rise above the hardships they began with.
Hard work, education and the desire to be their own boss was, and continues to be, the foundation that has set
AAHOA and its members on a pedestal
many are envious of.
Hospitality International is proud to be
a part of the AAHOA story, and remains a
friend to its Franchisees, present and past. It
often likens itself to Hospitality 101, providing
the first opportunity, which has proven to be a
lasting one. And, like any proud parent, we
were happy to be part of the growth of our
Franchisees.

CONGRATULATIONS AAHOA!
May you enjoy another 25 years of leadership
and growth in the hospitality and lodging industry!

Hospitality International Franchises that have been part of
the Hospitality International franchise system for 20+ years!
Note: While some of the owners have changed, the hotel
itself has remained a franchise with Hospitality International since the year reflected. In one or two cases a franchise
agreement may have expired, but it was renewed in the
same time frame, therefore the hotel is eligible to appear
here . . . and, in a few cases some of the franchises predate Hospitality International.

Please join Hospitality International in
recognition of these franchises, as we thank
them for their loyalty and many years as a franchise in the Hospitality International system.
Many of us at HI have been here since the
early 80’s and consider, not only these
franchisees, but all of our franchises as
business partners and friends., and we
look forward to many more years together.
