Police interceptors has now directed all it’s efforts to the reconditioning and refurbishment of
previously owned Police Interceptors. Every car we work on is a custom build. We don't mass
produce, but concentrate on each car, one at a time.

To celebrate its 75th anniversary, the Kansas
Highway Patrol equipped 14 historic-themed
Ford CVPIs
The answer may surprise you. The
vehicle didn't go to a Michigan agency
in the automaker's backyard. And it

The History of the Police Car
Akron, Ohio, lays claim to the first
motorized police patrol wagon, built
by Collins Buggy in 1899
The 1970s Chevrolet Nova police
cars were compact but powerful:
zero to 60 in 8.5 seconds
The Model T was the first car
widely used by police. It was also
the first left-hand-drive Ford.
Ford's first compact police car was
