Lauren Castle Flynn, Vice President
Sales: Lauren began her career in
fashion

a
photographer's
representative,
responsible
for
overseeing the talent and the full
production of fashion shoots. She
has worked as a fashion stylist and
personal shopper for clients across
the country.
Subsequently, she
became a private art dealer
facilitating and linking buyers and
sellers of Old Masters paintings, rare
books and artifacts.

Janine San Juan, Vice President
Marketing: Janine has an extensive
strategic marketing and branding
background across various retail
channels. She specializes in brand
development, go-to-market strategies,

Depot, Costco, and Sears/K-Mart to

Putting KHI on the U.S. Map
Karen Harman Inc. was established late 2012 in New
York City. Our current headquarters is located in the
heart of the Garment District on 7th Avenue and West
38th Street. Working closely with local partners, we
proudly produce all Karen Harman clothing in the U.S.
‘Made in America’ is our commitment to quality
production, profitability, speed to market and
maximized topline revenue.
We also have market representation in Dallas, TX with
Brad Hughes & Associates, and in New York with
D’Vercity.
