GRAND OPENING CONTEST RULES
SAM ASH MUSIC 34th STREET GRAND OPENING PRIZES. To introduce you to our magnificent new 34th Street location in the heart
of Manhattan, we are giving away a prize every ten minutes at the store during the Grand Opening on March 7, 2013.
No purchase or payment needed to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your odds of winning.
YOU MUST BE PRESENT AT SAM ASH MUSIC, 333 West 34th Street, NY, NY AT the time of the prize drawing to win that prize.
One prize per customer. One entry per customer. CUSTOMER WILL BE DISQUALIFIED IF THEY SUBMIT MORE THAN ONE ENTRY.
HOW TO ENTER:
n Fill out an entry form at our Grand Opening on March 7, 2013 at the Sam Ash Music Store at 333 West 34th Street, New York, NY,
and deposit it in our drawing box.
n Entries must be submitted in person during our Grand Opening on March 7, 2013, to be included in the contest. You must be 18
or older to enter. If under 18, a parent or guardian must be present. Only one entry will be permitted per person. New drawings
will be held throughout the day.
n On March 7, 2013, we will select 60 winners from all contest entries. The winners will be selected at random from all entries by a
judge (the “Judge”) selected by the Sam Ash companies from its staff members. The Judge’s decision on all matters will be final
and non appealable.
n We may post winners on SAMASHMUSIC.COM. The winners give us the right to use his or her name and likeness in our advertising in any media.
n The winner must be present to win. If the contestant is not present when a winning entry is drawn, the entry will be disqualified
and another entry selected. The winner will be required to provide a fully completed and signed contest winner affidavit in order
to claim the prize.
n The Sam Ash companies (“Sam Ash”), and the companies supplying the prizes, will be given e-mail address and other information about contest entrants. Contest entrants may be contacted with promotional e-mail and mail by Sponsor, Sam Ash, and the
suppliers of the contest prize.
n We reserve the right to reject any entry for violation of contest rules and to modify the contest if required by law all as determined
by the Judge.
n If the winner does not provide the signed and completed contest winner affidavit, the winner will be disqualified and the winner
will be the next entry selected by the Judge at random.
n Sam Ash is not responsible for misdirected or illegible entries all of which will be rejected at the discretion of the Judge.
Game is open to legal residents of the United States over the age of 18, except for the employees and immediate family (spouses and
parents, siblings, children and each of their spouses) of Sponsor, Sam Ash, the prize supplier, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies and any other company involved in the design, production, execution or distribution of the sweepstakes drawings. All
sweepstakes entries become the property of the Sponsor and Sam Ash and will not be returned.
ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 45,000 entries are being issued and only
60 prizes will be awarded.
IF YOU WIN: The verified prize winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release before collecting a prize. Winners release the Sponsor, Sam Ash, the prize suppliers, and each of their affiliates, officers, agents, and employees
from any responsibility or liability in connection with any loss, accident, or death incurred in connection with the use of or the installation of the prizes won in the giveaway. Each winner hereby consents to the use of his or her name and/or likeness by the Sam Ash
companies, and the prize suppliers for advertising purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. Failure to
comply may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate. Any tax liabilities are the responsibility of the winner only and
the winner will be required to provide his or her US social security number for tax purposes. Prize components are not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash. Sam Ash does not make any warranty (including fitness for particular purpose) or guarantee with regard to any prize. If any of the stated prizes is not available, Sam Ash may substitute an item of comparable value.
ADDITIONAL RULES: All federal, state, local, and municipal laws and regulations apply. The Judge is sole interpreter of the rules
and its decisions are final. By participating, you agree to be bound by these rules. Contest is void where prohibited by law. To obtain
