P O L I C Y
CREDIT TERMS:
All shipments will be made C.O.D. until credit is approved. General credit terms are Net 30 days. Custom orders will not be produced without open credit terms.
Credit applications are available from your local SDI sales representative.
LATE PAYMENT:
All past due invoices will be assessed a late fee of 1.5% per month (18% per annum). No orders will be processed or shipped for past due accounts.
Non-payment: If payment is not made in accordance with the terms of the invoice, all fees of collection, court costs, and reasonable attorney's fee will be the
financial liability of the customer.
ORDER REQUIREMENTS:
All shirts are printed or embroidered to order. Minimum quantity for silk screening with custom name drop is 36 pieces. Minimum quantity for embroidered
designs is 12 pieces. Different body styles can be combined to reach these minimums. Youth and adult are separate designs. Hat designs are considered
separate designs.
Any deviation from established line designs must be approved by SDI customer service and design departments, and will increase minimum quantity
required. Silk screen set up charges may be incurred. For all custom embroidered designs the cost to digitize the embroidery tape will be charged.
Contact your sales or customer service representative for the detailed information on these costs and minimum requirements.
RETURNS AND CLAIMS ON SHIPMENTS:
All claims for shortages and defective merchandise must be made within 5 days of receipt of shipment. Please contact you customer service representative
for a return authorization number prior to returning any product. Any unauthorized return will be refused. Credit will only be authorized for merchandise
that is determined to be defective or that does not correspond with the customer's purchase order. SDI reserves the right to repair and return merchandise.
SDI holds the buyer responsible for correct spelling of name drops on the order form. The buyer's signature is required on all SDI order forms. All returns
must include the invoice number.
REFUSALS AND CANCELLATIONS:
SDI's specialty is custom printing and embroidery, therefore orders are not subject to refusal.
All changes to and cancellations of orders must occur no less than 30 days prior to the specified start ship date. All changes and cancellations must be
made in writing to your sales representative. A cancellation number will be assigned by customer service. A cancellation number is required for all
cancellation requests.
SHIPPING:
All shipments are FOB Salt Lake City, Utah. All shipments are made via UPS unless otherwise specified.
