Coverage for the systems and appliances is included in the price of your home. Dutch
Housing is proud of the quality we build into every home, and we put that in writing with an
included 7-year warranty at no extra cost to you. If you were able to buy extended service
contracts for all these items individually, you could spend hundreds of dollars extra for the
same protection you receive at no extra cost with The Dutch Guard.
No Surprises. No Big Repair Bills
You won’t need to worry about your heating or air conditioning, plumbing system, electrical
system, or any major appliance covered under the Dutch Guard Plan. Except for a nominal
deductible, the Dutch Guard pays the cost of repairs, including parts and labor.

Note: Coverage includes a one-year limited warranty from the home manufacturer to the homeowner,
individual warranties on installed appliances and separate six-year extended limited warranty for
years 2 through 7 which is provided by an independent third-party administrator (see warranty terms
and conditions). This brochure is a general summarization of the Plan. A small deductible may apply.
