Easter Drive Fill A Basket: March 8-22
Williams Square invites all building employees to participate
in our Inaugural Easter Fill-A-Basket program benefiting
underprivileged children. This year, our building goal is 200
baskets, to be donated to charities including Vogel Alcove,
Genesis Women’s Shelter, Jonathan’s Place, New Beginning
Center, Mi Escuelita, Good Shepherd Community Center,
Our Friends Place and Dallas and Collin County Advocacy
Centers.
How can you help?
Pick up an Easter basket, grass and cellophane bag in suite
1790 or at the lobby concierge desk during concierge
lobby hours on Wednesday Thursday and Friday between
11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. and 3:30 and 5:00 p.m. and
email Shana Scott at [email protected]
to register each basket. Fill baskets with items such as
coloring books, crayons, wrapped candy and a small toys
or stuffed animals. Place your gifts in the basket, wrap with
the cellophane and tie with a ribbon that you will provide.
Be sure to deliver your basket to the lobby concierge desk
or suite 1790 by Monday,March 22. A flyer with all the information
about this drive is available on the credenza behind the lobby concierge desk.

Give a Hoot and Don’t Pollute
The Towers at Williams Square is always making efforts to
be a good steward of the environment. We are continually
reviewing our progress in this area and regularly making
changes in operating policies or procedures to promote
environmentally responsible operations in our buildings. It is
our practice, whenever possible, to improve in these areas.
Williams Square has had recycling programs in place for sometime and with your
participation these programs have been extremely successful and we have been able
keep huge amounts of paper, light bulbs, batteries, and cell phones from ending up in
our landfills. Just this past year we had the need to create more parking spaces for hybrid
vehicles and carpoolers which we were more than happy to accommodate. As of March 1
Williams Square building cafe also began using Dine in reusable baskets…to replace the
Styrofoam hinged containers for tenants dining in and utilizing the grill and deli areas.
We are looking forward to a great “Green” 2010 and will continue to update you on our progress.

The 2010 season begins April 5, 2009 at 1:05 p.m. and we have our Williams

has set date for Opening Day ticket orders to be processed. He will begin
filling our orders on or before March 16th. This is after tickets go on sale
to the public, but he can guarantee you will get significantly better seats
than those made available to the general public through our Williams
Square Concierge Ticket Program. If at any time he feels I won’t be able to
accommodate an order he will e-mail me immediately so that I can notify
you. Until that time he can guarantee Opening Day seats for all orders
submitted. Orders are on a first come first serve basis, so please place your
