STREET SURVIVORS OF MARYLAND, INC. P.O. BOX 19830 BROOKLYN PARK, MD 21225
Club Members,
This has been a very difficult
cruise season for us with the weather.
Either it rains, forecasted to rain or
just too hot. It’s a difficult call to
cancel the lot on Friday nights. We
have to take into consideration the
time it takes to set up and take down
the lot and trailer, whether anyone will
show up and if the weather man will
be right(which in our case, often fails)
You can still go to the lot to hang out
whether the lot or trailer is set up or
not, as we pay rent for every Friday
night whether we are there or not.
Needless to say we are not
bringing in any funds for the club
without our 50/50’s. Hopefully once
the weather works with us we can get
our 50/50’s going again.
Now is the time to start asking
for donations for the Veteran’s Show
which is our biggest show of the year.
We need donations for the trophies
and dash plaques. There is a letter in
this newsletter for donations.
Don’t forget our Picnic Sept.
18. This is a fun time for you and your
family. Hope to see everyone there.
Safe Cruising, Rick 443-829-5658
