issued against you in this Court by Bank Muamalat
Malaysia Berhad (6175W), Level 11, Menara Bumiputra, No. 21, Jalan Melaka, 50100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and the Court has ordered that the validity of the
said Bankruptcy Notice which will be expired on
17.12.2015 be extended for another period of 3 months
commencing from 18.12.2015 to 17.03.2016 and that
the said Bankruptcy Notice to be served on you by
publication of this notice in English in one issue of the
New Sabah Times Newspaper and that such publication shall be deemed to be good and sufficient service
of the said Bankruptcy Notice upon you, and TAKE
NOTICE that within seven (7) days after service of this

must pay to Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad, the sum
of RM254,974.76 claimed by them as being the
amount due as on 18.09.2015 on a final Judgment
obtained by them against you in the High Court at Kota
Kinabalu, Sabah dated 12.06.2013 under Summons
No. BKI-22-23/2-2013 whereon execution has not
been stayed, or you must secure or compound for the
said sum to Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad satisfaction or to the satisfaction of the Court; or you must
satisfy the Court that you have counter-claim, set-off or
cross demand against them which equals or exceeds
the sum claimed by them and which you could not set
up in the action in which the Judgment was obtained.
