These new designs feature eye
catching new trainer styles together with
some high street classics, all featuring the
traditional orthopaedic strengths of soft
padded collars, medially elongated
stiffeners and a minimum of seams.
Each style is available in lace,
velcro or buckle fastening.

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS - Our aim is to despatch within 5 - 10 working days from receipt of order.
ADAPTED OR MODIFIED FOOTWEAR may take up to 15 working days
depending on the complexity of the work involved.
PRIORITY SERVICE - Orders required to be despatched more promptly or by a specific
date can only be accepted when the customer specifically orders ‘PRIORITY SERVICE’
on their official order. PRIORITY SERVICE orders are despatched by a Next-Day
Carrier Service, the cost of which is included in the PRIORITY SERVICE FEE.

Exchanges and Returns:
Returned footwear will be accepted for credit or exchange as indicated
on our website, provided they are returned in proper re-saleable
condition within 3 months of purchase.
OTHER MADE TO ORDER items made on standard lasts are returnable
for credit or exchange with no handling charge.
SPECIAL ORDERS are returnable for exchange only subject to a re-make charge see current price list for details.
Adaptions - All adaptions can be properly added during manufacture.
Prices for adaptions are as per current price list.
Adaptions on re-makes of special order footwear are chargeable at full price.
N.B. Stock footwear adapted by the customer is strictly non-returnable.
