Combine in frozen pint glass

½ blender of fresh watermelon

BOURBON
Red River Ginger
2 oz Red River bourbon
4 oz ginger ale/beer/soda
Pour over ice in Collins glass
Garnish with candied ginger or lime
Red River Old Fashioned
1 ½ oz Red River Bourbon or Rye
Dash of Angostura Bitters
1 slice orange and lemon
1 sugar cube
1 cherry
Red River Texas Sour
2 oz Red River bourbon
1 tbsp orange marmalade
¼ oz lemon juice
¼ oz simple syrup
Mix all ingredients and serve in rocks
glass over ice.
Garnish with orange wheel
Red River Mint Blulep (Julep)
2 oz Red River bourbon
2 tsp water
1 tsp powdered sugar
1 oz Western Son Blueberry
4 sprigs fresh mint
Muddle mint, sugar, and WS Blueberry
Mix with water & bourbon, pour over
crushed ice
Garnish with mint leaves

2½ oz Red River bourbon
2 tsp water
3 sprigs fresh thyme (stem removed)
2 oz sweet ruby red grapefruit juice
or 1 tbsp grapefruit marmalade
Muddle thyme, bourbon, and juice/
marmalade
Pour over crushed ice top with water
Garnish with thyme sprig and grapefruit

Blueberry Smash
2½ oz Red River bourbon
2 tsp water
1 sprig fresh rosemary
2 tsp granulated sugar
1 oz fresh blueberries
or 1 oz Western Son
Blueberry
Muddle rosemary, blueberry, and Bourbon. Pour over
crushed ice.
Garnish with blueberries and
rosemary

1 part Red River bourbon
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp warm water
2 drops vanilla extract
Mix sugar and warm water together until
smooth. Stir in vanilla and bourbon. Serve
in rocks glass over ice topped off with
club soda. Garnish with lemon twist and brown
sugar rim

1 oz Red River bourbon
1 oz Red River Rye
¼ oz Chambord
¼ oz sweet vermouth
Freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
Pour over rocks
Peach Old Fashioned
1 ½ oz. Red River bourbon
½ oz simple syrup w/thyme
½ fresh peach (a couple of strawberries
work, too, if peaches aren’t ripe yet)
Dash Angostura bitters
Club soda or ginger beer
Sprig of herb and/or peach slice for
garnish

2 oz Red River Bourbon
1½ oz blood orange juice
½ oz lemon juice
1¼ simple syrup
4 oz ginger ale
Garnish with zested fresh ginger

5 dashes Bar Keep Apple bitters
Ginger beer
Combine All ingredients into a mixing glass
(Omit ginger beer). Top with ice and shake
vigorously. Strain over ice into a Collins

1½ oz Red River Texas Bourbon
¾ oz Cranberry – Cinnamon syrup (recipe
below)
¾ oz Lemon Juice
2 dashes of Abbotts Bitters
8-10 Mint Sprigs
Combine All ingredients into a mixing glass.
Top with ice and shake vigorously. Fine
strain over ice into an Old Fashioned glass.
Garnished with 3 Cherries and a Mint Sprig
Cranberry Cinnamon Syrup
2cups 100% pure cranberry juice
3 Cinnamon Sticks
1 cup Sugar
Method: In a medium saucepan, bring 100%
cranberry juice & cinnamon
sticks to a boil on high for 25minutes, reducing the
liquid by half (1cup). Remove
from heat and add sugar. Stir until sugar
dissolves, remove cinnamon
sticks and cool. Yields 1 cup syrup.

Red River Texas Manhattan
1¼ Red River Rye
½ oz sweet vermouth
2 dashes aromatic bitters
Shake and strain into martini glass
Garnish with stem-less cherry

4 oz Red River Rye
1 oz Ruby Port Wine
2 dashes orange bitters
Shake with ice, strain in martini glass
Garnish with brandied cherry

1-1/2 ounces Red River Canadian
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3/4 cup hot water
1 tea bag
1 cinnamon stick
Lemon slices for garnish
In the bottom of a large mug, add whiskey,
honey and lemon juice.
Pour hot water in mug. Stir to dissolve
honey and mix.
Add tea bag. Let steep for 3-4 minutes.
Remove tea bag.
Drop in cinnamon stick, garnish with lemon
slices and enjoy.

1½ Red River Bourbon Cream
1 oz root beer
Float cream on root beer in shooter

Deconstructed Brazos Shrub
2 oz Brazos Gin
1 oz aged Balsamic vinegar
3 medium strawberries
Elderflower foam
Muddle strawberries with Balsamic
vinegar. Add gin and shake. Strain over ice
and top with Elderflower foam.
Foam: Add 1 cup Elderflower Liqueur, 1
cup egg whites and 1 oz. fresh lime juice
into charer and charge it twice with N2O
and shake well.

1 spoon orange marmalade
2 oz Brazos Gin
½ oz orange liqueur
1 oz fresh lemon juice
Top up with champagne.
Method:
Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker
and shake hard over ice. Strain into martini
glass and garnish with orange zest.
