To qualify as a Concierge level you must also attend at least one SABTA training annually as
well as attend a minimum of one roadshow in your area. To achieve a Butler level you also
need to create a simple marketing plan together with your Business Development Manager.

NEW ONLINE TRAINING
Brand new online training has been purpose built to help you understand
the differences in the Sandals, Beaches and Grand Pineapple products.
Taking you through a series of informative and fun exercises, the training
can be completed at your own pace, and can take place over as many
sessions as you like. The programme saves your results so you can complete
the training bit by bit. Once you’re done you’ll receive a certificate for your
efforts.
