hemocompatible coating,
demonstrated* to be effective in
improving platelet preservation and
reducing platelet adhesion to foreign

The PrimO2X cardiotomy filter has been
designed to achieve high filtration performance
(low hold-up volume and low breakthrough time)
with extremely reduced surface contact with the
blood. For this purpose, the filter comprises three
modules which come into play sequentially
depending on the volume of blood within the
cardiotomy filter. This means that the filter
automatically adapts to filtration requirements.
