A Note about “Drop Lengths”
A standard drop of 8" is recommended for all tables. That is the amount of fabric that will hang over each side of
the table.

Some operators might want a slightly shorter or longer drop. In most cases 6" is the shortest drop recommended.

Conference Cloths are used to cover Conference Tables.

Similar to a Head Table at a banquet, they should have an
8" or 10" drop on the open side and 28" fall, almost to the
floor, on the other sides. A typical 6' Conference Table:

Marko offers Hat Box Corner form fitted tablecloths that
have a continuous seam around the top edge of the table. If
the corner radius of your table is greater than 2" the shape
of the corner will be used. If the corner radius is less than
2" the corner will be made square. See pages 18 and 47
in the fabric and vinyl sections and contact your customer
service representative if you have any questions regarding
what type of tablecloth will work for you.

Table Toppers cover the top of Skirted Banquet Tables.
They follow the same rules as any other rectangular, square,
or round tablecloth. They need to be the exact length,
width, or circumference of the table PLUS the desired drop
length added to EVERY side. Use the formulas on page 52
and this page to calculate size.
For common applications where the Banquet Table is
going to be skirted all the way around, we recommend the
standard 8" drop. For Head Tables where one side of the
table is going to be left open (Skirted 3-sides with returns
on the corners of the 4th side), some people like a slightly
longer drop of 10". You should be careful of drops over 10",
as the cloth may end up resting partially in patrons’ laps. A
quick look at the chair seat heights in the room will help you
avoid this problem.
Table Toppers are placed first with the Clips for fastening
the Skirting placed over them to hold the Topper in place.
For a finished look, always recommend Table Padding for
Banquet Tables.

•Pointed Corners: Square cloths that are set at a 45°
angle on the table for the corners to hang over the side
